WHO THE MOOGEL'S THE VOICE ACTORS? 

That is NOT Haley Joel Osement and David Gallagher, I'm almost 100% sure.

Anyone able to confirm or deny this? 

It's the same VAs as the other KH games. Haley Joel Osment as Sora and David Gallagher as Riku.

A little: unless my headphones are screwy, it sounded like new actors: Sora's voice was deeper and squeaky, and Riku sounded younger. 

They sound like always to me. Didn't notice any differences.

A little: unless my headphones are screwy, it sounded like new actors: Sora's voice was deeper and squeaky, and Riku sounded younger. 

Hmm I dunno. But it's definitely the same voice actors. They did sound slightly different....Sora's voice got much older but tried sounding younger and Riku's voice....well I didn't really notice much of a difference but maybe that's just me.

With Sora I almost got annoyed. His voice was too...high-pitched? I don't know. It sounded like Haley was trying too hard to sound younger. His natural voice is super sexy. Imagine that coming out of Sora's mouth. *swoon*

When Sora and Riku go to the dream worlds didnt you notice their younger models being used? It was stupid and unnecessary imo for Nomura to do that but hey, it's their voices man. Sora's current voice with that prepubescent model wouldn't make sense and it's not like the VA could go back in time so hey maybe that was the best he could do.

Dunno why Osment tried to sound younger. He could have pulled off the KH2 voice still (outside of the dream worlds), but he tried for younger and it made Sora's childish antics appear worse.

This is a tiny bita bashing, but he meets Neko, and he's all " Let's be friends!" No offense, but did anyone ever get annoyed the everyone Sora meets just instantly befriends him? No " Gah, weird child with key thingy! Get away!" 

Also: anyone know the song playing during the cutscene where you meet Neko? It was totally moogling cool, and I'd like to hear it without the game dialouge.

Sora does that to Neku because he is kind hearted. Being a generous boy with the ability to see the good in people's hearts before the bad gets him everywhere.I think that one was the remix of Twister from The World Ends With You, which is where Neku comes from (It is the best DS title by Square Enix).

Sora sounded like his KHII-self which was kinda jarring considering they used the younger sora-model (not as bad as with re:com though..ugh),

i find it odd how riku sounds so deep when he is in his KHII getup(like in flashbacks) but sounds like normal in the 3D's getup.

ow and the topic is way beyond this point but:i finished the game and the credits do list the same people voicing sora and riku.

The voice actors are the same like in the other games.
