I found this and I actually thought its Awesome! I would see KH3 starting like that!

 

 

Sephiroth0812 tells a story how Kingdom Hearts 3 should start from the beginning.

I’d start the “Prologue” probably with first having a scene of the antagonists, like MX and Xigbar discussing that they still lack a 13th vessel, with them formulating some ominous plans which aren’t understandable for the player yet before we switch to the Mysterious Tower.

There, we get the first basic tutorial controlling Kairi, who by now has her own Keyblade (due to an awakening she had during the CGI opening, both Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 had an awakening in the Opening, so KH 3 should probably follow suit).

After the tutorial enter Donald and Goofy who inform Yen Sid and Mickey that Sora still hasn’t returned from the Realm of Sleep, causing some worry and Kairi wanting to go search him, which both Yen Sid and Mickey decline due to her not yet being trained enough.

Riku then volunteers to go, since he knows the RoS and can open a way into it.

Before going though, Riku entrusts Ansem’s data to Mickey, explaining what it may be used for and why it’s so important, so he doesn’t want to risk to lose it while searching for Sora in the RoS. As Riku is about to leave, Lea returns and explains some stuff about what he learned in Radiant Garden and that there’s no sign of the enemy yet.

Kairi, somewhat upset, demands to continue her training, which leads to the second tutorial on battle basics (similar to BBS as a sparring match, with Lea as a sparring partner).

Meanwhile, Mickey, Donald and Goofy return to Disney Castle to use the datascape in hopes to decipher Ansem’s data. Unfortunately, Data-Riku informs them that Ansem the Wise has protected it with a password. Remembering where the data was recorded (Old mansion in Twilight Town), Mickey deduces that there might be a clue about the password.

On their way back to Mysterious Tower to inform Yen Sid of all of this, they’re attacked by Maleficent in Dragon form (leads to first Gummi ship sequence with dodging her fireballs etc.) and Pete flying his own custom made Gummi ship.

After evading Maleficent (or forcing her to flee), they converse with Yen Sid who says that there still needs to be someone to watch over the worlds in case Xehanort’s forces make a move and with Riku going into the RoS only Mickey remains who can do this task.

Acknowledging this, Mickey delegates the task to Lea and Kairi, who travel to Twilight Town.

In Twilight Town, there are more tutorials regarding the party system and equipment (thinking along Versus here) and there are also the first Heartless to fight. While moving through Twilight Town, you can switch between Kairi and Lea as main playable character as you wish.

They meet Hayner and co. who agree to help them (in KH 2 Pence understood quite something about computers).

On the tram common they are ambushed by a black coated figure (unknown member of MX’s new Org) who summons a Darkside. Lea stays behind to fight while Kairi rushes with Hayner and the others to the mansion (cutscene from Zero Point with Kairi and them standing before the mansion can be incorporated here).

Following this the player can fight the Darkside using Lea as the first boss of the game. After this, we either see more stuff about Kairi, Hayner and the others looking for the password or we switch directly to Riku in the RoS searching for Sora, effectively ending the “Prologue”.

And not being abe to play as Sora at the beggining would be awesome! I would love if a random cutscene poppued up and then all of a suddden we would be able to play as Sora! hahahahaahah

It sounds like an interesting idea. Although I find the idea of not playing as Sora for such a long time unsettling, the idea of starting out as Kairi and Lea makes sense, as they are both rookies and it would make "starting over" much less annoying. The whole Dragon Maleficent Gummi Ship flight sounds a little far fetched....yet at the same time I could still see something like that happening, kind of like those flying stages in Sonic Unleashed. I guess I sort of have mixed feelings on that, but I'm sure it could work.

 

I suppose once Sora returns as a playable character, there would be a tutorial explaining the more advanced moves of the game, such as Keyblade transformations and Attraction Flow. Sora could also start off pre-equiped with all first level spells and level one special abilites like Blitz and Sliding Dash, and with either Sonic Blade or Trinity Limit - Solo as a starter Limit Break. That would both allow people to start as Sora from a lower level, but take away the idea that he has to start entirely from scratch (again).

 

With playing as Riku and Mickey (which I hope BOTH are possible), they could give quick little tutorials about special stuff they can do as Masters, as well as some slightly higher level magic and abilities. 

 

Terra, Aqua, and Ven (should we ever get to play with them) would probably just have character tutorials, basically just describing how they play, with the other basics already covered by the other characters. The same would go for characters like Roxas or Xion, depending on if they are playable in the game and how they would be playable, since by this point we have already broken the 7-character limit (huh, "Limit - Break"! I MADE A FUNNY!!! ).

Nomura: That scene was added in the final stages of production. It wouldn’t feel right to have worked so hard raising the Dream Eaters without some sort of closure. Also, since Sora has obtained the power to open doors into the worlds of sleep, I purposely wanted to show a scene where he used that power.

 

Sora used his new powers to open the doors into the realm of sleep and used Traverse Town since it has special properties and is whatever the person needs it to be ( it's an inbetween world)

Sounds like an official plot. Not sure how they'll take care of the 'starting over' story point, though. 

Perhaps it goes like this. After the prologue of yours, we see Sora, determined to prove his worth, confronts master MX. He is, of course, defeated.

His heatless is used as the thirteenth vessel. Ventus ,whose heart has been healed by Ansem's Kingdom Hearts Coder failure, awakes at the room of awakening.

Or perhaps it's just Roxas. The he'll have to journey with Kairi and Riku. They start up distrusting each other, then gets closer as they travel worlds looking for Sora and the Birth By Sleep trio...

This is starting to sound way to much like another KH3 plot prediction. But good prologue.

Wow, that sounded impressive, and I'm sure I could see all that happening!  Did that guy coincidentally merge his mind with Nomura's?  Because it sounds mighty legit!
