With the rides in the KH III trailer, the Haunted Mansion appearing could happen: Constance would be a good boss, and Madame Leota could be your friend for that world.

Make the dancers Heartless, the ghosts in the graveyard Nobodies, and boom; a great eviroment.

This is just my humble opinion: I'm not starting a fight, and I'm also not going to respond to posts here.

I'm not arguing other concepts for KH III are valid: this is just mine.

Good day,

What Haunted Mansion? And no, Kingdom Hearts isn't suppose to have scary elements.

........Have you EVER been to DisneyLand?

Also, what about Halloween Town? The whole point of that place is to scare people! Sure, it's done in a very Disney way, but that doesn't change the intent of being scary. And the Haunted Mansion captures just about the same level, so why wouldn't it fit!?

I have. It was during 2011, i believe.

Well I was asking 96, since he apparently doesn't know what the mansion even is.

Also, it wasn't that scary, not after you've seen it as the Nightmare Before Christmas a million times, and THEN decide to ride it in the summer. It was interesting that whenever I went there during the Halloween season it was always Christmasy, colorful, and whimsical, while during the summer it was dark, creepy, and haunting. Shouldn't it have been the other way around? I mean, the Christmas ride was still frightening enough too, but during the Halloween season it sat as a little strange to me. But to it's credit, it IS supposed to be like that from October to Mid-January, so I guess they figured they could knock two holidays with a single movie that included both...but where does that leave Thanksgiving?

Eh, for some reason I can never really get the illusion of that place. It sounds like I'm supposed to think that the room is stretching or something, but it always looks like the floor is moving down...because it is! It's always so disappointing knowing the illusion but never getting to experience it. But I have to admit, the first time I saw Jack's face in the ceiling WAS pretty freaking scary! I guess the first time I saw the hanged lady on the ceiling was creepy too, but I can't remember if it scared me as much as Jack did though.

I've created a downhill spiral of fighting.....

not to be an ass, but the woman's only in Disneyland Paris's Phantom Manor, as the body of the bride, Melanie: The Haunted Mansion's hanged corpse is the Ghost Host.

That fast elevator? Than you must be talking about Hollywood Studios; Tower Of Terror.

-_- No. I was at the Haunted Mansion. It felt like i was going down when the lights turned off.

If I recall correctly, there is no "fast moving, dark elevator" In Magic Kingdom's haunted mansion you move relatively slow, in a cart-type mobile that holds up to three people, as you encounter 999 haunts. Tower of Terror, is where you are indeed in a dark, elevator where you plummet at fast speeds, and then rise, and it repeats several times.

Cheers,

Hold it. Read this:

At the foyer, the Ghost Host welcomes the guests as the cast members usher them into the first room: an octagonal portrait gallery. The wall panel slides closed and the tour begins.

As the Ghost Host taunts his guests, the room begins to "stretch." The portraits on the walls elongate, revealing the fates of previous guests, as follows: a bearded gentleman holding a document, wearing only his undergarments from the waist down and standing atop a lighted keg of dynamite; a pretty young lady holding a parasol balancing on a fraying tightrope above the gaping jaws of an alligator; A widow holding a rose while sitting atop a tall gravestone, at the bottom of which is a stone bust of her husband George with a hatchet embedded in his head; and a man in a bowler hat sitting on another man's shoulders, who in turn sits on the shoulders of a third man who is waist-deep in quicksand.

“...And consider this dismaying observation: This chamber has no windows, and no doors... Which offers you this chilling challenge: to find a way out! Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Of course, there's always my way...”

With a sudden thunderclap, the lights go out and the ceiling disappears. A ghastly vision manifests above: the skeletal corpse of the Ghost Host dangles from a noose inside an octagonal cupola with four windows (rather than the six-windowed hexagonal cupola seen on the exterior), illuminated by flashes of lightning. Seconds later, the room becomes pitch-black, and a bloodcurdling scream is heard — falling from the ceiling to the floor, ending with the sound of shattering bones.

Hello,

I do recall those things, yes. But, there is not falling. You couldn't fall swiftly with a giant group of people crowded against each other.

I dunno, I kinda the idea of

xehanort trying to put a piece of his soul into sora/terra/all thirteen members of Organization 13 and wipe them of their identities

to be  pretty scary. And creepy.
