The rumors are true, it seems. We're getting another Storm game, the sequel to UNS3: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution.

 

There's a couple of things I want to note here: 1) No recycled character art at all in this scan. 2) Logo for the game is of Team Kakashi, so obviously the story is going forward to the Ten Tails Revival Arc. 3) Naruto and Sasuke are doing their Rasengan-Chidori combo from that same arc, so either this is a confirmation of the story mode OR maybe its a confirmation of new Team Jutsu mechanics or possibly Justu Clashes. 4) It seems that the art in the game will be drawn by Kishimoto himself AND that he is creating brand new characters exclusively for the game. Who are they? I don't know. Your guess is just as good as mine.

 

Anyways, that's all I have to say on the matter since is literally the first and only scan/piece of information so far. All I hope is that this game detracts from the flaws that UNS3. (And maybe not do the same stuff that got people bitching.)

seems like it. The battle after the battle of sasuke and itachi vs. Kabuto seems to be taken place in the same location. I can't really see how you are supposed to stick so many of the chapters into one game (I'm talking about game chapters, not manga chapters, there is an average of 10 chapters per game).

SO EXCITED FOR THIS. One of the new characters reminds me of the Ten Tails, and the other looks like Yamato a bit to me. Just throwing those out.

Seeing the Rasenchidori thing gave me a quick thought... I know it could be the result of an assist, but... What if we get 2v2 matches in this one? It might be the Revolution bit kicking in that's making me compare this to the Wii games, but holy crap, 2v2 matches would be really fun.

I wonder if they will actually balance the game this time (and get rid of that horrible substitution bar).

They look like limited edition figurines to me. Kishimoto would draw better characters than clones of characters in game already.

It's still pretty awesome when you toss the Mecha Naruto and Mecha Naruto (Kyubi) aside.  Super Mecha Kyubi Zord is actually really cool looking.

Yeah, true. Mecha Naruto and Mecha Naruto (Kyuubi) both look dumb, but the other form looks cool.

 

Whoa, didn't notice that. ._. I'm still calling a reference to the Clash of Ninja Revolution games on the Wii, though. Now if only they'd follow that up with a Wii U release...

No, it's not. This is still an entry in the Storm series. The website who uploaded the scan made an error.
