Apparently a poorly translated interview and the bonus scene at the end of the HD remaster (from what I can gather).

    Interview in X/X-2 HD Remaster Ultimania and the 30 minute episode at the end of X/X-2 HD Remaster.

    I'd need more context than that to believe it. It's probably reliant on the sales of the HD collection, which is believable, and how much people talk about it.
