FFII...maybe

But FF1??? This game needs to be remade from scratch both in terms of story and gameplay because both are ancient

Btw,Dissidia is a prequel to FF1 according to Nomura so I hope he adds details from Dissidia to FF1 since the Warrior of Light was born in Dissidia 012

Final Fantasy 1 would be nice if they let you create your warrior of light and everything... but the story needs change...

Let's make Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts III before any more remakes, then we'll talk

Square Enix doesn't' work like that, they have different teams. And considering they finished The After Years' 3D remake they could easily do another one now.

WHAT BLOODY STORY? THERE IS NONE.

Hence why we'd have a remake.

I don't really think so. They're good enough for anybody who really wants to play them. I'd rather have an HD FFVII not the pc one but an actual hd remake. I've played crisis core and seen advent child but I've never actually played the original FFVII

You mean an actual remake. That's years away, Square Enix said they won't do one until they release a FINAL FANTASY game that is better than it in quality.

This says something about Final Fantasy XIII and IT'S sequels

When FFI was created, game developers didn't focus on story. People just played video games for the sake of playing video games.

Especially in Square's case, the company was having financial difficulties, so of course the game didn't have detail.

I don't mind if it has a remake.

That's why I said it needs to be remade

The most story we got for FF1 was the details about Garland,Chaos and the Warrior of Light in the Dissidia series

It would be pretty nice if there were remakes done for Final Fantasy 1 and 2, and I'd personally love to see them release on the 3DS, since it would be an ideal console to port them to.  That way old fans can come and revive that nostalgic feeling of the first two games, and the new generation can finally see what all the fuss is about, since I'm sure youngsters who've never played the game will probably ask what Final Fantasy is all about.  I for one would be hyped for these remakes.  And on another unrelated note, I wish a new Dissidia would be made.  I mean, there's so many characters that would make for excellent fighters in the Dissidia series.  Oh well, a guy can dream, right?
