Good, as I was reading I began to think that it might be fake because how stupid it got, but jesus its so terrible.

If you read the link that you linked, you would know the article was supposed to be a political statement. Saying "child rape is more accepted than homosexual behavior." 

The concept reminds me of a modest proposal. But at least with that, it didn't state any lies persay, and it is done so much more elegantly.http://art-bin.com/art/omodest.html
