For some reason I really want to see Sora and Kairi fighting together or against each other at some point. I think it would be pretty cool or dramatic or whatever nvm.

I'd like to see that too tbh. But considering the lack of romantic drama in this series they might not. But I hope they do! Wow that sounded evil...

I wouldn't mind that. It would make their "relationship" interesting and not so boring.

Depends on the reason, if one of them was possessed by Xehanort and fighting was the only answer, for example. Who knows, maybe one of them will be seriously injured at the end it could make for interesting drama.

I don't really think they will fight together or each other . Kairi will probably only be useful for a "side-mission" . Or she will just  train to become a Keyblade wielder.  

I can already picture it now: Kairi with terrifying Xehanort eyes pointing a Keyblade at Sora. It would definitely be interesting, but likely won't happen, unfortunately.

If Sora and Kairi "fight", it would be a strong argument between the two about why she's out in the field endangering herself. Sora might be down to his last straw in the discussion. He'd yell at her just like he did in to Donald and Goofy Chain of Memories. He'd probably say something like: "Then do what you want! I'm done looking after you!"

 

Later, he finds out she's in trouble and swoops in to save her. After that battle, he apologizes. And she understands his reasons; besides, she knows it's nice to have someone worry about her. That's strong proof that she's needed.

 

As for the Xehanort eyes, I don't like the idea much.

 

But what I do think would be better were for Vanitas to possess Kairi and recreate the X-blade just like he possessed Ven. Using Sora is redundant and using Riku wouldn't make sense anymore since he's now immune to darkness (despite he can still use Dark Firaga and Dark Aura).

 

Sora would be frightened and disgusted about this. He fights alongside Mickey, Goofy, Ven, and Aqua to free her from his corruption while Terra, RIku, and Donald help Lea battle Xigbar and bring Saix to his senses.

 

Then, Sora uses the Wayfinder to call out to Namine to hold the hybrid back. She calls to Kairi telling her that she's stronger than that. Sora and Kairi destroy the X-blade and Vanitas. She falls unconscious but still has her heart inside here and can still talk and breathe. Everyone re-gathers (with Saix knocked out and being brought into custody) and they escape the graveyard. Master Xehanort relocates along with any Organizer that survived for the time being.

It'd make their dynamic less vanilla, but because it's so vanilla, it's hard for me to imagine either of them would become so angry at each other that they'd come to blows.  I'd need to see her in action first.

The same could be said for Sora and Riku. Actually all the main characters are always in danger, duh, they're keyblade weilders.  Just because they're in danger doesn't mean that any of them are weak. Say's nothing about Kairi and the fact that you're trying get troll steam from something that can be applied to all the other characters as well is ridiculous.

True, but the characters themselves have been shown to be serious as well. (Do I really need to go all screencap on you)

I think it should be Sora that becomes the new Vessel (for a little while) and Kairi fight's him i can so see this i want it happen.

What I would like to see personally is Sora being possessed by Vanitas and Kairi fighting him to save him, much like how Aqua fought Ventus when he was possessed by Vanitas in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. Very unlikely that it will happen though, but it's interesting to think about.
