This isn't romantic, i just can't read people.

Let me explain

Me and my former best friend split ways a year ago

Now we are having a poke war on facebook

Wtf is this supposed to mean

People who hate each other don't get into poke wars

Clearly she wants to be friends again.

They don't? I find those things inexplicably annoying; I just thought poke wars were ways of expressing dislike.

Poke wars mean she wants to be friends.

I'd say go where the poke leads.

From my understanding if someone poked you they want to bone you.

Fact

Someone's taking post of the year seriously.

Well , she probably wants to hunt you and kill you .

Send her a message if you want, I think she might want to start over.

She could be trying to check to see if you are dead! There are two types of poke wars (or at least in my mind), the type where you are poking a friend every time you feel like it, and then there is the type where you are poking someone back just because you don't want them to have the last word. (so to speak)

Fact

Now I will never feel safe if a parent or grandparent pokes me.
