Why was Mickey using the Star Seeker Keyblade in Re:coded but using Kingdom Key D in Dream Drop Distance?

Featured Replies

King Mickey can do whatever he wants.

Yep.

Well what prevents him from changing keychains like what Sora does?

Nothing says he can't

Because he can

Because he's Mickey firetruck'n Mouse, and he is a king on top of that!!!

Seriously though, at that point in time (start of KH) he had Star Seeker.

So, he has two keyblades..star seeker, and the kingdom key D which he got from the realm of darkness?

But re:coded is after 2.

So did Sora give back the keyblade after 2? And can Mickey potentially wield two keyblades?
