Aside from Star Wars, another thing I'd like to see in Kingdom Hearts III is a battle against Lightning Farron from the Final Fantasy XIII games.

Imagine fighting her in the coliseum while "Blinded by Light" plays. I can totally see it happening, and here's why:

Over the past few years, Lightning has kind of been the face of the "Final Fantasy" series. Like, there have been three games that tell her story. Also, in Kingdom Hearts 3D she is referenced in one of the link portals. I'm like 101% sure that she will be in the game, but I truly hope she is a fighter in the coliseum. But why would she be there? For example Cloud was there to "find his light from Hades." 

  Also, Lightning was able to be fought in XIII-2 in the coliseum for that game, and this isn't really related, but just another reason they should put it in. What do you think?

Even though I don't like Lightning (aka cloud. aka squall. aka almosteverynewffcharacter) I can admit that she will most likely be in KH3. So...Yay for you guys who like her. 

Oh, it would definitely be interesting to see Lightning in Kingdom Hearts 3!  She's an awesome character and a great fighter!  And yes, I agree completely with you that she should appear in Olympus Coliseum, and I think it'd be interesting to see how her banter with Hades would sound like. 

 

Hades: Well hey there warrior princess, you here to enter the games?

Lighting: I'm not interesting in any of your little games.  And flattery will get you nowhere.  *walks away.*

Hades: Well she's a real bag of sunshine...

No . Please no . The game is about the mix of the original KH characters and Disney . Not freaking FF . The FF characters we already saw are enough .

Olympus Coliseum battle would be nice but I'd rather have light as a party member in some random disney world and i mean the light for ff13-3

She better be in her Lightning Returns garb instead of the original or XIII-2 garb. Her new Savior outfit is badass

I think it would be pretty cool. Especially if the give her a good story like Cloud and Auron

If this were to play, I would immediately forgive any Lightning cameo.

Sadly can't come for a reason for her not to be their we can only hope for her to be a minor charecter

Why does everyone want to fight Lightning in KH3? What's wrong with having her be a supporting cast member like other FF characters?

lightning is pretty much inefitable she's in high demand and an extremely popular character i initially did not like lightning but as i gave her a chance in the other final fantasies i grew to love her....execept in final fantasy 13 one she was just a tottal bitch that needed the D.

That'd be pretty awesome! Maybe she could be like Cloud or something! You fight her and then she becomes a friend or even a party member! Or something like that! It'd be awesome!

The one person I can see loving this idea would probably be Sora96.

 

As for me...well it could work. I'm quite open-minded about this sort of thing and even though I know next-to-nothing about FFXIII, I still think there will be a high chance of Lightning appearing in KH3 one-way or another.
