There's really no point... The reason KH had final mixes back then was because there was no such thing as DLC. Final Fantasy hasn't had an "international version" since they started releasing the series on current gen consoles, and I expect Kingdom Hearts to follow.
I think all "extra content" will be DLC you can purchase digitally on your console's respective store. With this also being said, I doubt that any content will ever be exclusive to japan again. Nomura even said that one of his biggest regrets was never porting the Final Mixes overseas, so I think that's pretty much done.
This is the reason Dream Drop Distance had no final mix: if Square wants to, they'll release new DLC on the Nintendo Store.

Something else to note is that I see games with "ultimate editions" where all DLC is bundled. Maybe KH3 will have a final mix in that sense, like an ultimate edition, but it won't include any content that you couldn't purchase digitally.
