I've noticed that on alot of KH streamer's twitch chats, lots of poeple have expressed hatred for BBS. Alot have been saying it is flawed and it was an unneccesary game, including bl00dybizkitz. 

Now my question here is: why do you guys think it is such a bad game? the battle system was pretty fun to play with, the story it had made alot of existing KH games make SO much more sense. and it had a mysterious suspenseful feel to it. and the cameos were really cool. if there is anybody that is reading this that didnt like BBS, i'd love to hear your opinion on it

i wish TAV combo attacks would be faster like KH2 sora

well they didn't have those abilities like they did in KH2 instead we got something similar to Chain of Memories.

Oh okay. And yes!! I'mNot the only one that noticed their swings were slow. It becuase they had not attack combos. The battle system relied on dumb decks.

I don't know it was different and it had some interesting strategy added to it, especially against YX.

I dont understand why ppl would hate it. The majority consider it as good or better than KH2. KHBBS is technically KH0 since it has so many plot points and answered a lot of questions that KH2 left out.

BBSFM is a game i played a few years back, and i loved it. Don't know why people are hating on it, i guess its "Haters be hatin"

Birth by Sleep is one of the best KH game in my opinion. However I think it's very important to the story, you know, it explains a lot of mysteries (why didn't Roxas look like Sora even if he was his Nobody; who was "Xehanort", the apprentice of Ansem The Wise). I really love its battle system, even if I still prefer KH2's one.

Do people really hate it? I never imagined it being hated... I thought it brought decent amount of things even progression in the story. I guess some people cant be pleased...

Wait?! When did this reported hatred for BBS start? This is the first I've heard of this and it doesn't make sense to me. I honestly believe it's one the best games in the series.

I've always heard people do nothing but praise the game. Personally I think it's one of the best in the series

I don't know what your talking about! I've heard a lot of people say bbs is their favorite Kingdom Hearts game!

The only thing I didn't liked about BBS was the camera, but that will be fixed in KH II.5.

  I can take Re:Coded being necessary but BBS? It explains so much! Who Xehanort is, Where Ansem SoD came from, where Xemnas came from and why he's obsessed with Kingdom Hearts, why only certain people have golden eyes, How Riku, Sora, and Kairi got keyblades, why Roxas looks nothing like Sora, why Saix is constantly in Axel's business, what Hollow Bastian looked liked before, how Xigbar lost an eye, etc.

 

  If we could rewind time, I honestly think BBS should have been Kingdom Hearts 1, Sora's journey should have been Kingdom hearts 2,  his second journey should have been Kingdom Hearts 3, and the game we are all waiting for should have been 4.
