The Kingdom Hearts fanbase is going down a dark place. Okay, not exactly, but the fanbase has started a movement over that pin. It's called #SquareBeFair. I personally think these people need to get over it. It's a free bloody pin. Here in Australia & Europe we're used to getting nothing when we purchase a game. When you were enjoying your Lightning Returns collector's edition we just got a steelcase. When you got the Mark of Mastery Edition for Kingdom Hearts 3D we got nothing.

 

Yes, it sucks that we aren't getting an artbook or anything else. But we are still likely to get the soundtrack in full released separately according to VGO. So seriously, be grateful for what you have. You're still getting the HD collection. Anything more is a bonus. There's more to life than merchandise and pre-order bonuses.

As an EU resident who gets the very basic games from SE, none of the fringe benefits JPN or NA get, my view is this: just be happy with the firetrucking game. You are a fan of the game, first and foremost. You're waiting for the release of the... what? Oh, that's right, the new game. Accessories and goodies aside, what will you be playing? Ah, the new game, of course. 

 

Yeah, some nice extra stuff can be great, but at base level, you are buying the game to play the game. That is what you are primarily going to be using, so as long as you get the game, who cares what else you get?

 

Butthurt NA residents, I'm saying this to you. As other EU and AU residents have already stated, be thankful for what you're getting because we don't get any of that.

Yeah, but at the end of the survey they asked you about where you live, so if they saw that people from Europe had done the survey as well, I was hoping they would consider giving Europe the same Collector's Edition as NA

Technically we have got the same as NA, just NA didn't get a collector's edition either though

I agree with you, America is often luckier than Europe. The point is, why in Japan they have the Collector's Pack (plus the Sora limit form figure) and here we receive only a pin? But that's not a big deal, if you want the Collector's Pack you can import it (and it would probably cost more if it would have arrived in Europe/America/Australia). However, we should be used to not receive these Limited Editions and THEN it's just an HD Collection, these "fans" could be complaining if it was KHIII. I find it exaggerated.

It's not just about the pin! We want the same options Japan have!
