It already looks crisp and beautiful on the 3ds, especially if you have a 3ds XL(I don't have an XL but I've seen it played on one before). Really the only visual problem with the game is some aliasing problems, which is a given for 3ds games anyway.

DDD already looks fine to me, no need for an HD remaster. lol

for some it is about the controls and the chance to add more stuff in it since the 3DS version was maxed out.

I feel like it'd be done more for the sake of completion than anything else.  The other games are getting remasters, so I suppose their logic goes DDD may as well be included.

They already said they wouldn't do a final mix of the game, and as for controls the game gives you the option for the circle pad pro.

an HD remix for DDD?!

I think it would just end up delaying KH3 again.

well for a lot of people they didn't buy a circle pro because they did t think it would matter. Plus the game is a great game it would be great playing the game on a bigger screen.

Feel like you've already made this thread before, but I'll say it again: I don't want to buy a 3DS for one game. KH3D will be the only game in the series on a separate platform, making it so you have to buy three consoles to play the KH series. And again, one for ONE game is not worth it, in my opinion.

I think it would just end up delaying KH3 again.

Probably, but KH3 is such a far way off to me that even more delays wouldn't make much difference to me.

It already looks big enough on the 3ds xl. I don't want the last handheld exclusive KH game to become irrelevant xD.

haha I understand, but you have to look at it like this not every KH fan has a 3DS. I'm sure they would like to know the story a bit more.

Because screw the 3DS, consoles for the win.

No not really. It is pointless to remaster the game considering it doesn't need remastering at all.

A port however... maybe, but unlikely.

THIS RIGHT HERE

Plus the game just came out two years ago so why remaster a fairly new game?Capcom did such a stupid move when they remastered RE:Revelations a year after it's release only for sales to be less than the 3DS version even though the remaster was multiplatform

Because the rest of the games are getting remasters that's basically it. I think it looks beautiful on the 3DS already though.

They will probably end up remastering it because they will use that so they can get another year till KH3 release! ;(

Some people only game on consoles. KH3D does look nice, but it would play more comfortably on a console/tv. I guess it's also because people don't want to buy a console just for one game... I only ended up getting a 3DS because of how awesome Pokemon X/Y looked, so I may have been in their situation.

I think the only reason I would buy it is for trophies, and that's it xD

idk, I find that console games are hard to focus on because the screen is too big

but that's just me

that's a good reason, I for some reason had graphics problems on my 3DS so I wouldn't mind it getting the HD Remaster treatment.

A  remaster of 3D could be perfect for the Wii U imo. SE are already considering releasing more KH titles before KH3 ( who knows if they will) so KH3D HD can happen.

if they expect KH3 to sell on XboxOne I hope they are prepared to explain the story for those who never played a KH game before.

They are going to have to because it might cause some confusion for KH fans who game on Xbox consoles and that are not caught up on the story.

So I'm hoping SE is prepared for this, if not it will hurt them in the long run, I'm expecting something like how DDD explained the story.

Most people are leaving off of KH2. They think the story leaves off from there. No joke. Like everytime I wear my KH2 shirt in public someone always says I loved the first two games and am excited for KH3. Square's going to have a lot of explaining to do lol.

If it was ported to a console, it would be for the sake of unity; after the release of KH 2.5, DDD will be the only game not on the PS3. One of the complaints about the series is that it's spread out over too many consoles, and DDD port would finally bring all of the games in one place. However, SE has acknowledged that it's too soon after the games release to remake it, and that they'd rather focus on their current projects. Still they're not ruling it out.
