Not in the NA version. The Undead Pirates in KH II for example caught on fire when you used a fire spell on them in the Japanese version but it was considered "too graphic" for the "target audience" in the west so the took the flames out.

Well, considering how game developers these days want their games to feel more "realistic" than I won't be surprised if they ever do something like this for KHIII.

Have you not seen the SECOND kingdom hearts III Trailer

Of course.

Agree with I could see flames coming off them but I couldn't see them screaming while bursting in agony, like green colored blood was censored for the Hydra

i saw it the flames looked life like your point is ? no offense

I am looking forward into a strong realistic magic similar to FFXIII's. What we are talking about is a PS4 console so we would expect the strongest graphics that Square Enix ever did before.

Added graphical fidelity are probably a given for KH3.

I think we can expect more detail than the past games put into KH since it's on the ps4/xbone, which is stronger than any other console that will has a KH game. They probably could've done that for kh3 if it were for ps3/xbox 360 but the only kh games released/releasing on ps3 are the hd remixes so they were just upping what they already made to 1080p

I would like to see Mater Form's Thundaga combo eith kingdom shader. I was went GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH INFINITE LIGHTNING! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Of course it will.

You do realize you're asking that magic be realistic. It's MAGIC. there's no need for realizm

I think it will defiantly look better that's for sure! As for setting enemies on fire or freezing them, it's happened in BBS and the other DS games so it's not too far fetched!

I don't understand all of the censorship over to the west like with the pirate fire, seems unnecessary

Why do we WANT realism in KH3? Its a game that mixes Final FANTASY with DISNEY. Jeez.

I think that effects like burning or becoming a popsicle, would be more cool if they were applied only on enemies which belong to the opposite element as that of the casted spell (in addition to extra damage)
