If i remember correctly,It can be access when your Mirage level is 4.

You can access it once you complete the first world that isn't the main world of ventus and them.

Looking forward to this in BBSFM HD. It's going to be really fun

i hope these battles dont come after the villains vendetta... i had trouble getting that one because i had to complete all of the command boards to get to level 30 and i suck at the command boards

Finally mangaged to get Monstro beat in under a minute.

i loved fighting Monstro on the psp tht was fun (wow 1000 posts 0.0 ive been here for a long time)
