I really don't get all the hate that the game is getting (Okay, I can understand the hate on the 3DS version but not the Wii U version). Just because it isn't fast doesn't mean it's, in any way, terrible. Now I know that Sonic games are meant to have fast paced gameplay but I honestly don't see what's so wrong with trying be innovative with the franchise. People say that the game is a "Super Mario galaxy rip-off" just because of the anti gravity stuff but a lot of fans are forgetting that this idea was originally going to be in the now cancelled Sonic Extreme. And people who say that the game is not fast must really not know that you can just hold on to ZR and make sonic spin dash all the way to the goal. If you do that than the levels will feel like they're fast paced. Heck, Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 weren't all about speed yet they get so much praise. Why is it that when Nintendo tries to be innovative they get a free pass but when SEGA tries it with the Sonic games it's such a bad thing? The thing I love about Lost World is the fact that you can take alternate routes to get to the goal. The only 3 things I hate about Lost World is that the bosses were ridiculously easy, the game felt too short, and that SEGA tries a bit too hard to make the series go a humorous route (which is what they're currently doing with Sonic Boom). other than that, I can't really complain about anything else. Sonic Lost World may not be my favorite game in the Sonic series but I honestly don't think it deserves all the hate it gets. People really seem to treat it like it's as bad as 06.
