August 20, 201411 yr Fool. One episode is not enough to make a judgement like that. Especially since first episodes are usually made to bring people in while later episodes get lazy.
August 20, 201411 yr It's depends on peoples opinions,It's a great show, but has many annoying contradiction. And the first season second half wasn't really clever. Second season-soo far good, I hope now the don't make minor mistakes.

I know it sounds stupid but the whole concept is what intrigues me I guess. Maybe that is why I like it so much after the first episode.

Well your opinion that it's the best ever is pretty invalid when you haven't watched many anime. Shonen are at the bottom of the barrel in terms of story quality usually.

August 21, 201411 yr To everyone saying that SAO can't possibly be the best anime ever, keep in mind people are entitled to their own opinions. Naruto's my favorite anime, yet a lot of people these days tend to say it's horrible. Doesn't mean I'm forced to change my opinion, it's just my opinion. It doesn't really affect anyone if I say something is my favorite anime, so I don't see why people need to get on other peoples' cases over these things. However, saying it's the best show ever without seeing any other anime kinda is being too hasty. I like SAO, but it's definitely not my favorite. I think I'm even starting to like the author's other series more.

August 21, 201411 yr Author Is it possible that I was so moved by the first episode? Because I was! Normally I do t care for anime but this has touched me in a special way I'm in tears of joy watching it. So I don't care what you guys think I think SAO is amazing and almost the greatest show I've seen.
August 21, 201411 yr I think it's fine to have a favorite anime even if you've only watched two. I mean, if you've only watched two, you may prefer one over the other. Thus, making the one your favorite. And besides, it may only be his favorite so far. I fail to see the problem. :V Anyway, though I disagree on it being the greatest, the first few episodes were really nice. I didn't really like the Fairy arc, but they were still okay I guess. I haven't seen SAO II yet. I'll think about that one.
August 21, 201411 yr I've already rambled about the whole "saying *insert title here* is the greatest anime ever", but I won't get into that. Instead I'll just say this: watch more of the series before you go singing praises about it. You need to see the full package before passing judgement.
