Now that we have heard that Nomura is focusing more on directing Kingdom Hearts  will the development move a bit quicker?

This is Nomura, the man who was directing Final Fantasy Versus XIII XV for PlayStation 3 PlayStation 4 and Xbox One the past eight years

 

No one should associate "Nomura" and "quicker" as synonyms

 

If anything development will start slowing down now, but in the end you'll get a better game due to the time invested so give and take

I think it will be faster but not much.

Should be, least we don't have to worry that it'll never be released until XV is released, so even if XV stays in development hell KH3 shouldn't be held back by it.
