Why do the graphics matter? If you want to play a game, you play it. Graphics don't matter one bit.

would you rather it release on the PS3 or PS4? It would look much worse graphically if it released on PS3 and 360. What im trying to say is that they made a good decision waiting for the new tech to come out

I never said that. I agree with the decision to move it to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One completely at a business stand point. But there's still nothing with PS3 graphics. 

It has changed a lot.

This. For business it is okay. For reasons such as graphics, then that is strange. As long as you can play the game, understand the story, and see what is going on, graphics should never be a problem.
