I've been toying around with this idea for a while, basically the idea is to talk about KH I, like if your replaying it, beat the game again, playing for the first time, have accomplishments you wanna talk about instead of arbitrarily posting threads.

 

If you're not sure what I mean heres where I got the idea http://mgsforums.com/topic/7372648/1/. It works fantastically there and it has a tonne of potential here. I guess you could compare this thread to a Twitter/Thread hybrid of KH I discussion.

 

Soooooooooooooooo, just yesterday I started playing through it again, I havent played in such a while its like theres a feeling of playing it for the first time again. Im already at Traverse Town and just beat Leon (I miss David Boreanaz as Leon) and if I keep it up I might beat Deep Jungle by the end of the day.

 

How bout any else?

I prefer the KH2 Leon voice actor.

I started it about a week ago to refresh my memory, I've just got to hollow Bastion now. I'm playing it on the difficult mode cause standard is way too easy lol.

I'm glad the first game is still being replayed and isn't forgotten!

Damn Crimson you're hardcore, I was battling with myself as to wether I should've picked Expert but I remembered how hard bosses like Maleficent Dragon Form and Possessed Riku get even on stand. Good luck with Hollow Bastion its the biggest bitch in the game.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm struggling with it as it is, Took me ages to defeat Ursula.. >.<

I'm still fighting maleficent now after like 5 attempts...

I don't think it has taken me more that 2-3 tries for most of the bosses so far, but I just made it to Hollow Bastion.

I haven't played kh 1 in like forever cause its the only one I can't beat. Kh2, beat easily, kh re:chain of memories, beat easily, kh days, beat easily, kh bbs, beat easily. Just kh 1, I can't get past agrabah. So I haven't played in a while. And kh1 is the only game I don't know the whole story.

When you get to the pot spider, my tactic was to avoid the back of it cause its annena things cause a lot of damage- when it charges at you block it then attack the face

Hmm, Maleficent wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Now just Riku is left.

Kingdom Hearts on Normal is easy as, i can own sepihorth on it, i even farm him for Level Up's. I have never really tried Expert i tried a couple of times got up to the end of Traverse Town and couldn't be stuffed playing anymore.

....You are all tempting me to play it on the difficult mode. o.e

I am gonna replay KHI and KHII before BBS comes out, thanks for the temptation lol.

Lol, I have noticed. The boss I have had the most trouble with so far was Leon and Yuffie teamed for that one Olympus Cup. Though, I still have to fight possessed Riku in Hollow Bastian.

 

I have found this to be a really enjoyable game so far, good story, and doesn't make me want to rip my hair out.

Same, that took me a few attempts on expert mode. I don't know why but when it turns into the inverted guard armour (forgotten it's name off the top of my head), its supposed to be a lot harder but i found it strangely easier :

 

EDIT: played a bit more of kh just now, got to maleficent dragon and it took me about 5 tries cause i'm on expert mode, i was getting really frustrated. I then went to fight Riku, thinking that i shouldn't get put off cause its one of the hardest fights in the game and it'll probs take over 10 tries in difficult mode.

Guess what..I defeated him in 1 try, my health didn't even get critical! I was so surprised and chuffed with myself haha!

Done Wonderland its really short when you know what your doing. Deep Jungle too I died three times fighting Clayton, the bastard kept hopping around like a shotgun armed bunny on steroids. And I just finished off Olympus Coliseam, Cloud beat me Im such a noob I even had Cure so I thought it'd be piss easy although I forgot to equip my new Keyblade that probably would've turned things around. Fluffy from Hsrry Potter and the Philosipher's Stone Cerberus wasn't to bad, I kept hopping on his back and smacking his head heads in.

 

Im in Traverse Town, games about to continue onto its next arc starting off with me being coerced convinced into being a deliveryman for Shido Cid. And then its time for my rematch with Opposite Rayman Armour and this time... its personal...

 

 

 

While Im at it I might as well pay the Dalmations a visit...

Possessed Riku was easier than I thought he would be. I only died twice. Though it is probably because I am on normal mode. I only need three more Dalmatians now. ^_^

hey man i have a tip for malifacent dragon if your still on it when the battle starts summon tinkerbell and when your health is nearly gone get away from the fight and hid in the thorns theres a huge are somewhere u can id and u can't get hit by any attacks it take longer with the battle but it works

Use the tinker bell summon. She heals you periodicly and will even bring you back to life once after you die in battle. She's really good.

I started playing kh1 again on expert like two maybe 3 weeks ago, but I haven't played in like a week. I guess I have been busy, but I am currently fighting maleficent's dragon form, and I have been summoning tinkerbell. I should try fighting her again either today or tomorrow. It was hard at first on expert, then it got easy, and now its getting hard again. I'm kind of scared to fight possessed riku. Also, I'm so happy they added skip cutscene in kh2, I really wish it was in kh1.
