    Idk what's the reason in this case, but sometimes R-18 label is put on a movie/game just because no one has confirmed it doesn't contain any inappropriate material (means they haven't checked it up). At least I remember that happening to some anime dvds where I live.

    But even if it was the case, I still find it pretty odd.

    I worked with Square Enix Europe and it is now fixed. It's rated PG as expected.
