People are kind of sick. It's kind of clear that Sora and Riku are like brothers... (at least I can see it in that way)

As much as we'd all like character relationships to be important, they've proved otherwise in the KH series. Aside from KH1/a little of KH2, the only relative romance we've seen is Sora/Kairi. At the same time, towards the end of KH2/everything else in between and after, relationships of characters do not seem to be a priority to the story or the game.

I highly doubt it. If Nomura listened to everything the fangirls told him, the FFVII Compilation would be nothing but a male orgy between Cloud, Zack, Sephiroth, and all the other male characters, and the female characters would be dumb bitches or nonexistent. Hell, in KH there probably wouldn't be any female characters period (unless they're in lesbian ships with each other) if the fangirls had their way. He doesn't take what fans say into account blindly, or at least, he probably doesn't read much fanfiction.

 

Shippers grab at straws. I don't understand how Kairi and Axel training together would lead to them pairing up (not to mention it flies in the face of all the SoKai the game throws in ours). There's really nothing to worry about.
