Sorry if there is a thread about this already, but I just wanted to put this out there.

So now that Kairi can wield a keyblade, what happens to her now in the series? I know at the end of the ending of KH2 she said 'Hurry back', but I think it's pretty stupid if they leave her behind again, I mean, I personally don't think she'd be a liability to Sora and Riku (if Riku comes too), and she'd probably end up getting captured by someone anyway if she stays behind.

So that's it, tell me what you think is gonna happen with Kairi in the next game.

i think she gonna find a way to get to them

I'm pretty sure she will stay since she plays the "Damsel in distress" role in the KH series.

like the first time and i think she could hold her own with tht key maybe minnie can show her some moves

I say they should bring her to Disney Castle so she could get some training in. Learn the keyblade, and maybe that strange pearl magic attack Mickey and Minnie do.

Nobody seems to notice, but Kairi is possibly one of the most powerful characters in KH2 (Before the final battle)

She runs forward and one hits several heartless. Sora can't on hit them and he had the keyblade for at least a year.

Just a fix (:

Seriously, the three of them should summon keyblade rides (epic) and armor and fly off together. Something happens (Unversed?) and they get separated. Sora reunites w/ Donald and Goofy, while Mickey, Riku, and Kairi travel together. Then Kairi gets kidnapped again.

She actually said "Have a safe trip."

See, here's the thing. By the BBS secret ending, Kairi has already made peace with the fact that she can't really help Sora or Riku on the journey, at least in battle. She knows that she can't compare with their experience, and would only be a hindrance, so she chose to stay back on the islands.

I'm all for the expansion of her PoH powers rather than giving her a Keyblade in the future if she does become a fighter. Sora and Riku have years of experience under their belt, so she can use her PoH powers to measure up to that, something that only she can do that the other two can't.

The main issue with that situation is that Kairi defeated the weakest of all Heartless with the most powerful weapon in the KH universe. Like Jafar said, "Such is the power of the Keyblade. The child

It wasn't her strength, mates, as you may remember, in one cutscene in KH2 in Hollow Bastion Sora encountered 3 Dusks, he, Donald and Goofy, killed them all with one hit. It was for the sake of the cutscene and not for the amount of strength. I say Kairi can be just as strong as Sora and Riku just...inexperienced.

I think that she probably stays on Destiny Islands waiting for Sora and Riku to come back and if not, train at Disney Castle with mickey helping her

I wouldn't like it if they made Kairi too powerful, I prefer Aqua as the lead female of the KH series. Gameplay with Kairi would give me excessive headaches, because I don't really like helpless girls with weapons. If somehow Kairi became as bad ass as Aqua, maybe I would reconsider. But Kairi most likely will go on the adventure with Sora and Riku. She doesn't need to stay on Destiny Islands and get kidnapped....again.

will im sure that sora wont let her stay there by her self waiting for him soo they will oproply take her somewhere to train or stay untell they get back or somthign in that area most likely or he will let her come onlong

She will most likely still be the person who gets kidnapped all the time. But I have a feeling she will fight back before being kidnapped or use the keyblade to escape.

Or she may become a playable character in future titles.

Personally, I think Kairi could be the perfect example of someone who's undergone the Rite of Succession but doesn't receive a Keyblade, and still be perfectly useful without it.

I'd rather they not have her kidnapped yet again, since in both games where she was fairly important in, she was.

My point with Kairi is that she basically ran flailing into a swarm of heartless, and killed them all. They could have just had them get knocked to the side, but nope, Kairi, with no experience can kill heartless.

Sure she couldn't do that without the keyblade, but then, neither could Sora (Unless you count Anti-form) look at how long it takes to whittle away a heartless's health with a Wooden Sword.

I see her future as being part of the trio of successors to TAV. That's the way it seems to be leading. I really hope she doesn't get kidnapped again, though if she does, I hope they have a unique take on it. I think at this point she should be powerful enough to escape on her own.

I think they're going to make use of her. Sora and Riku alone would, to me, SUCK. I mean, I'm a little sick of Sora, and I <3 Riku, but I like Kairi the best out of them, when she's not being a baby.
