KHIFM- Somehow not as good as the original. The addition of Xemnas was nice, but the dragged out synthesis quest and strange color changes made me not able to enjoy this as much as I do the original version.

KHIIFM- Haven't played a whole lot of this yet, but I do like it so far. Definitely an improvement over KHII.

BBSFM- Haven't started it yet.

KHFM was a weird mix of better and worse for me; almost all the special Heartless were just friggin' awful to even deal with (seriously, Sniper Wilds are one of the worst gameplay mechanics I've ever had to suffer through in any game) and the recoloring of other Heartless just bothers me- like, it's so pointless, why even waste the minor effort to palette swap enemies that don't even behave any different? On the other hand, I love being able to use special abilities with triangle and the fact that the Summon menu got its own dedicated slot, making both of those things much easier to use in combat.

KH2FM is better in every single way that the original (despite more pointless color swaps), what with tons of new boss fights and mechanics to play around with. Plus new cutscenes that make the story work a lot better, which I really appreciate. S'glorious, glad I waited so long for it.

Haven't given BBSFM more than an hour of my time so far, but I doubt it can live up to KH2FM.

I forgot to mention the special Heartless, too. I hated those things. Especially those annoying Sniper Wilds.

Haven't played 'em.

KHIFM: The new Abilities kicked ass, but that's pretty much it :/

The new enemies, and the synthesis grinding was a pain :/

KHIIFM: So far I'm starting to grind for CoR, but I've gotta say, from what I've seen so far (AS, Limit Form, and one Mushroom XIII) the game is becoming better than the original for me :D (Although Roxas was hard as firetruck)

Haven't started BBS yet, but overall I'd say they were very good. It was a real treat to see the new scenes and experience the new gameplay additions, but it also, at least for me, highlighted some of the issues in the original games, namely why these additions were ever necessary in the first place. But overall I enjoyed them very much.

KHFM wasn't much to sneeze at but seeing as I think the original Kingdom Hearts was already perfect, there's not much to add to it to make it better. KH2FM on the other hand was amazing in every sense of the word. I literally played it twice in a row (1st in English, then in Japanese) and had a fantastic time doing so. All in all, the final mixes are the definitive versions of Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 aND I can no longer think of them in any other way.

They're okay.

I prefer my PS2 copies simply for easier set up on my part, but they're alright. Pretty good mixes on the scores, HD on the cutscenes, no weird static fish-faces as often.

But I still think they could've been BETTER, but that's not the subject.

Except KHFM,I've already take the opportunity to play KH2FM and BBSFM before the Remixes were released, but those are still the best game nonetheless. :D

After playing KHFM and KHIIFM, I can safely say that I would never play the original versions of those games again. BBSFM was my first experience for BBS, though there wasn't that much added to it in the FM version from what I've heard and read.

Peace!

I haven't played the originals for any of those games, so I can't really complain xP

They sure were better than the original but KH1 didn't have much in the Final Mix Version. Only new Heartless for grinding synthesis items and only 1 secret boss. The new abilities were cool though

KH2 was way better than the original with the Cavern of Remembrance, a lot of new items, Data Battles, new Abilities, Lingering Will Boss Fight and the Mushroom 13 which I didn't really like but it was a cool addition for those who like a challenging minigame. The Puzzle Pieces were also really good so overall it was a better experience than the original since it had A LOT more things to do in the post game.

KHBBS I haven't finished it yet so I can't really say. The only new thing I have seen are the Unversed Missions which have me indifferent since they are a step down from the challenge of the Mushroom 13. Can't wait to get Secret Episode and the new Mirage Arena Events though.

So overall Only KH2 Final Mix has impressed a lot me so far.
