Final Fantasy XIV - it's at like every event, plus they're launching the expansion pack shortly after E3.

 

Triad Wars - MMO from Sleeping Dogs dev, in open-beta on PC and could come to PS4 & Xbox One but Gamescom is more likely for this title.

 

Nosgoth - MMO in open-beta for PC, might be playable but unlikely.

 

Hitman 6 - announcement confirmed to come in 2015. IO Interactive only working on Hitman 6.

 

New Deus Ex - confirmed to be in development.

 

Kingdom Hearts III - if you're lucky there might be a trailer, but the line-up is so flooded and they might want to wait for a certain Disney event like the last time they released a trailer to the public.

 

Bravely Second: End Layer - likely to be playable

Final Fantasy Explorers - likely to be playable

Dragon Quest Heroes - likely to be playable and a release date also likely.

Theatrhythm Dragon Quest - could be announced, might even be playable, if there's space.

 

Toriyama title reveal - Toriyama has confirmed his new title is in development and will be announced in 2015.

 

Mevius Final Fantasy - might be playable

They'd better give me information about a new Hitman game and it better be for the PS3 as well and it has to be the format of Absolution!

Nope, they just said 2015.

 

That's not including any announcements like ports and so on.

Don't expect to hear that much about KH3; this year is all about FFXV. The demo is going to make people want more and Square will be happy to comply with more information regarding FFXV's development. Expect 1 teaser-trailer for KH3, and thats even pushing it

I would expect them to save KH3 for D23 or TGS, I think they will use E3 to focus on FFXV and their other large titles (Bravely Second is what I will have my eyes on).

Oh I have no doubts they'll be announced. They might confirm Bravely Second when it launches in Japan next month like they did with Dragon Quest Heroes. Explorers has kind of dropped off the radar. It seemed somewhat interesting though.

 

Next year is the 10th anniversary for XII, they could release it on PS4 then. That is if Square Enix want money.
