Oh man, I should really finish this game on PS4 first. I've been slacking. :P

Square Enix has announced it will feature new graphical options for high-end PC users as well as improved battle and camera controls and Steam community features.
More information to follow soon!

DOES THAT MEAN WE CAN MOD IT?!

Even if Steam does not let us use its workshop, there will most likely be a way to mod the game anyway, as for almost every game.

Best. News. Ever.

I've been forced to emulate it and it'd be wonderful to actually buy the HD version.

huh

so ff15 will probably be on pc too

same with kh3

...guess there's no reason to get a ps4

I don't really understand that leap in logic- there have been PC versions of FF games since the 90s so there's some kind of precedence, but no KH game has ever been ported to computers and there's been no mention of them intending to whatsoever. It seems like you're just assuming that because SE is porting some games, that this future game will definitely be ported also. It's illogical.

Also there are, y'know, other games on PS4 to play. You might not be interested in any of them personally, but they do exist and are reasons to get one.

there were a handful of PC FF games in the 90s, then besides mmos next to nothing

then they started porting phone games

then they proted ff13

this basically proves that they're dedicated to increasing their PC presence. FF15 is basically guaranteed, KH3 is less likely, but more likely than ever before

I like how you interpret me saying there's no reason to get a PS4 as "You shouldn't get a PS4"

always assume I'm talking from my perspective when I'm talking, but I wouldn't presume to speak on someone else's behalf

"More likely" doesn't mean it's at all likely. Yeah, it's more likely that games will be released on PC in 2015 when there's at least one huge console-like platform to release them digitally on compared to the options there were back in the early 2000s. It's gone from a 0% chance of happening to an unspecified percent over 0 chance of happening; "probably" definitely isn't the right word, there's nothing probable about it.

Also I interpreted it that way because that's how you said it. I have this nasty tendency to assume people mean what they say, so if you say "...guess there's no reason to get a PS4", I assume you mean that there's no reason to get a PS4. You could just as easily say "there's no reason for me to get a PS4" if you intend for it to be from your perspective and there would be no confusion.

Huh, I was actually kinda interested in Type-0, maybe I'll look into it now. I don't have a XBox1 or a PS4, but I could borrow my brother's gaming computer...
