In BBS, we see these two heading off to Ansem The Wise' castle, but what for?

They where gonna steal stuff, then sell what they sold so they could live easy.

They were teenagers trying to get into a place they weren't allowed, possibly end of story. There might be more to it then that, but it still works this way.

My head. I figured it's well known that we have no real answer so it would he obvious that any found here would be pure speculation. I like to picture them as kind of Aladdin-type characters. Street urchins who have to steal to support themselves. I think they got tired of scraping by and decided they wanted "one last big score".

That's what I want to know. I think I've done research about it in the past, and I think I read somewhere, that they snuck in there for some reason. 

I could have sworn they wanted to work there or something. 

They were prolly being lil brats. Then after getting kicked out in BBS they prolly tried again later on and this time when they got caught the apprentices decided to force them into the experiments. Then pissed they decided to secretly plan the rebellion against the org we all came to know about in Days. That's my theory.

They could've just been kids goofing around. Or maybe they wanted to become ansem aprentices. Since ansem was the ruler of their world, maybe being an aprentice gives you a high social rank in that world kind of like a noble

Maybe we'll find out through either dialogue, or flashback.

I'll bet you anything they just wanted to eat sea salt ice cream up there just for the view. Considering Lea, I wouldn't be surprised.

I was thinking about making this thread. You beat me to it! Anyways, they probably had a plan for what they were going to do as they seemed pretty determined about it (at least Lea). At some point, they became nobodies alongside the rest of the apprentices. Maybe Ventus was one of the last people to see them as humans before this fateful occurence.
