Okay im unsure if this should be on this thread but whatever.

I want to start doing walkthroughs and basically showing off on youtube but...I don't have a capture card, don't have the money for one, don't know where to buy one or not old enough to order online.

So anyway I thought bout playing KH2FM on Pcsx2 and record with Fraps but all I have is a ps3 controller which doesn't work. So I found out about a program called Motioninjoy and i'm worried to use it because many people says its malware or causes BSOD or full of ads etc. So i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions like other programs or good keyboard keybinds for KH etc.

Well...I played Okami, Final Fantasy X and the entire .HACK series on PCSX2 using a PS1/2 controller and it worked liked a charm. I didn't use any external software like motion joy to connect the controller....I did however buy a PS controller to USB adaptor cable so that I could plug my PS1/2 controller into a USB port.

 

If all else fails just use your old PS1 or PS2 controller and get an adaptor to use it as a USB (which should cost you $10 at most).

 

I also played Twilight Princess using a PS2 controller....it was interesting

DS3/ds4 are the best to use, or you could buy a ps4 controller and plug it in to your computer.

Yeah just use DS3,I have used that for everything(can emulate ps3 controller as a ps1/ps2 and xbox controller or even a custom one...ot leave it as a ps3)played skyrim with it, and used it to play through kh2 FM on pcsx2.

i came into this thread thinking you were announcing some kind of new KH2 challenge run

I use DS3. I dont really play on emulator that much anymore, but if I were to, I would use DS3 with a PS3 controller. Played through Luigis Mansion with it, and have also played some Smash Bros Melee with it. 

I use a wired Xbox 360 controller; no software needed, just plug it in and it works on basically everything (including PCSX2). It has a different feel from a dualshock, but it's easy to get used to.

I finnished near 100% of KH2FM+ on my laptop just using the keyboard.
