Radiant Garden- Keyblade Academy

Ordinarily, the Radiant Garden Keyblade Academy was rather quiet, at least by the standards of a school. Not much happened, and it was rare for any sort of exciting events to happen in the years of peace that the world had experienced. However, on this particular day, that was about to change. The Masters of the Keyblade Academy were about to send a group of students off on what would be the most important journey since the one taken by Master Sora and his friends in the past. The previous day, almost 20 students had received letters from Master Sora. Each letter shared the same message, though with slight alterations to include the name of its recipient:

Dear (Student),

Hello, this is Master Sora. I would like to let you know that you have been selected to participate in a very important mission. This journey could take a short time, or many months. I apologize if this interferes with your busy schedule, but you will be excused from all missed lessons during this time period. I would like you to convene just outside the Academy tomorrow at noon, by the fountain. You will receive further instructions at that time. I wish you and your fellow companions the best of luck on this journey!

Sincerely, Master Sora

This particular letter and mission were unknown to those who were not participating, unless a participant had informed them ahead of time. It was just the small group leaving on this quest who had any sort of knowledge as to what they were about to face...

Indy arrived at the fountain early. He hated arriving late, and as such, arriving at a meeting very early tended to become something he'd been known for. Noticing that no one else had arrived, he decided to sit down on a nearby bench, waiting for his fellow students to file in. He knew that his best friend, Raidyn, would be going along with him. Aside from that, he had no clue who all would be joining. He just hoped that they would all be ready for whatever they'd need to face. As he sat, he became lost in his thoughts. This mission could potentially mark his first time ever leaving his home world of Radiant Garden. He could finally go out and see more worlds. He could meet new people. Most importantly, he might finally have a chance to track down the person he'd been trying to find for years... He managed to look calm for the most part, though he could feel his hands shaking with excitement. This could very well be the moment he'd waited years for.

"I Missed Buddy!?" Saki said running back into the Foyer. He sat down, for once. "Aww! Oh well. We'll see him again, right? Heh heh!" Saki waited for the leaders to choose. Once Aello came in, he gave his attention to her. "You wanna stay with Joel?" Saki asked her.

"Sure! Although, I don't know if he would want us to stay with him. I mean, we did sort of abandon him, even if it wasn't entirely intentional. But he seems like a nice person and a good leader." Aello pointed out. "If he doesn't mind, then I'm all for it!" She bounced up and down excitedly to emphasize her point.

As Zar heard this he knew that he wouldn't do well with Indy, because Indy seems like the guy who would want Raz to be killed because he never follows orders. He over heard Aello and Saki talking about joining Joel's team as well, 'Well I need help walking until I get healed up.' Zar thought while looking at his legs seeing that the blood is finally starting to dry onto his clothes. "Hey Aello, could you help me please... I can't very well move on my one, I need some one Cure or something." He says feeling pathetic.

Saki stopped jumping when he saw Zar injured. He knew that he wanted Aello to help him, but Saki though he would save the trouble and help Zar himself. "Oh.....Sorry pal, I don't think either of us knows a Cure spell...Ummm....Ooh! Ooh! Wait right here!" Saki ran towards Master Zion with a different look. A more....Urgent look. "Master Zion? Would you mind helping that guy over there?" Saki asked, pointing at Zar. "He looks injured and could use a cure spell. Please?" Saki politely asked. He could have just yelled out for help, but he figured he had done enough of that for now.

Aello quickly looked Zar over. There was blood all over his clothes, he was looking slightly pale, and when he had walked over he had a bit of a limp. In addition, it looked like he was having a bit of trouble standing. She wasn't a doctor, but from what she had studied it looked like he was developing anemia. It looked like the worst damage was to the legs, so... "Hey Zar, would you mind lying down for a while?" She knew the man wouldn't want to look weak, but it was necessary. "We need to elevate your legs to minimize bleeding until Master Zion can fix you up. Are there any other areas where you are injured, especially places that are bleeding?" She hoped there wouldn't be any permanent damage. As she had said before, he seemed like a very nice person. This was really most of what she could do for now, she only knew first aide.

Zion rubbed her head, wondering why she ever put up with being a teacher sometimes. Casting Curaga on Zar, she snapped her fingers, teleporting Indy, Rei, Sandrew, Ember, Somrene, Max, and Nexus to the left side of herself, and everyone else to the rght.

"Those eight are part of Team One onboard Stalwart Dawn. Everyone else will be Team two under Joel, and with me. If you don't like your teams, tough." She rubbed her forehead. "He's gonna firetrucking pay for making me do this."

He felt the healing and stood up, Zar looked to make sure everything moved correctly. "Master Zion..." Zar bowed his head as low as he could. "Thank you." He headed to her right and noticed that Max was on the other side. "Thank goodness we don't have to deal with him." Raz said to Zar. "Well, I was hoping to get to know him a bit more, he seems like the kind of guy who wants to prove to everyone he is the better man." Zar said looking over to Max. He then looked at Aello and rubbed the top of her head, "Thanks for the guidance."

Maximilian smirked as Zather kicked the door open, but problem was, they were already getting teleported, "no,NO-" he was soon teleported as well,or so he thought as he closed his eyes, but he didn't appear beside Zion and the others, in fact the teleportation didn't even work, opening his eyes and seeing that he wasn't teleported, he immediately smiled and did a small fist bump into the air in joy.

sometimes it happened that teleports wouldn't trigger, specially when he was in a charged darkness state as he was now, he sighed in relief as he started heading down to the lower floors, soon reaching where everyone was, "Teleportation didn't work!, thank god!" he said with a smile, as he joined the team on ZIon's left side, he arrived quick enough to hear her explanation, he still had his huge keyblade in his shoulder, he didn't bother to de-summon it.

Zather gave Zion a dirty look as soon as he realized what had happened. While teleportation was an acceptible transportation method, he didn't like to be jerked around. And he had been promised combat, and the enemies had been gone when he got there. He really wanted to stab something.

[Nexus Shift]

Letting Zather vent on the inside, Annistha dismissed the Keyblade and holstered their Gunblade. She looked at her team, then gave a thumbs up.

"I think we can cause some havoc in the name of balance." She said mischievous.

Saki actually liked being teleported, even though it was short distance. He giggled as he was on Team 2 with Aello and Joel. In his mind, he thought this was going to be an exciting adventure. As he "De-Summoned" his Keyblade, one question came to mind. "So Master Zion, where will we be heading next?" He asked.

I'm... the leader? Indy didn't really expect to be given any important roles, so he was surprised that Zion named him a team leader. Afterwards, he was given his complete team. "Understood, Master Zion." He said, trying to sound respectful, though his sudden new position made him a bit worried. He also remembered what Zion had told him earlier. "Oh, uh... Before I leave with my team... How did your fight from earlier go...?" He asked, a little scared to hear the outcome.

Zion turned to Indy.

"Alitt is unhurt and restrained onboard the Forward Unto Dawn. I dint even draw my Keyblade. She's okay...but I need to know everything about her. If I'm to determine if she is a continued threat, misguided, or worst, I need everything about her."

Zion then facepalmed. She then used telekinesis and threw Max onto her team, then threw Raidyn and Toshi onto Indy's.

"There, that better.

Zion leaned on Indy."I could, but first you all need to make a final decision. We have two problem areas and two ships. Rei will fly the second and I the first, but we need team Leaders. Indy and Joel, front and center."Despite Rei still on his back, he was expected to stand there. Same with Joel. They stand there no matter what, cause Zion is insistent."Now, these are your leaders. Besides Rei who chose, everyone needs to be sorted. So, I'll let you all decide your teams. And yes Nephilim, if you come on my team you get the room closest to mine." She chuckled, having not forgotten her remark about preferring girls.

Joel stood front and center as Master Zion instructed. Then she started going on about team divisions and stuff.

Should I really be up here? I couldn't even handle a small group, and I couldn't even get any data on that Seeker guy. How am I supposed to deal with this big team, and against probably stronger enemies? Joel wanted to blurt all of this out, or even go as far as nominate someone else to be a leader, but he kept quiet. He knew Zion wasn't a fool, so he decided to trust in her decision. Hopefully I can do a better job next time...

Soon, everyone was teleported outside in order to board their respective vessels.

Sandrew had literally no idea what had just happened. Exausted from the confusion, he walked until he found a suitible tree near by and sat under it for a "siesta" as someone had put it previously. He only understood he was still with Indy, Raidyn, and co.

Indy nodded. "Got it. I'll let you know everything I think could help." He was about to begin, but looked around at everyone else. "Uh... could I tell you in private, possibly? I'm... not really comfortable sharing all of that around so many people." He spoke nervously. It had nothing to do with any potential trust issues, but mostly because it was something he rarely shared with others. If his teacher wanted to know, he'd prefer for it to be a one on one conversation as opposed to sharing it in front of the entire group.

Zion snapped her fingers once teams were settled (Shulk will have it in signups) and teleported everyone but herself and Indy - and especially teleported Max.

"Talk."

The teams would be deposited on the bridges of each ship (Joel's team on Forward Unto Dawn, Indy's Stalwart Dawn) where the screens would tell them to sit and wait while Zion and Indy discussed something. Cookies and milk were provided. All consoles are powered off.

It was some time for the teams to mingle a bit, before the real missions began.

"Thank you, Master Zion." Indy thanked his teacher. "So... where should I start? What do you need to know first?" He asked, unsure of where to start. There was a lot that he had to tell her.

"Oh boy!" Saki said, just wiggling and shaking with excitement. He couldn't help but giggle with joy! "Going into other worlds, fighting villains....The more I think about it, the more excited I get! Heh heh heh heh heh! If only Nana could see me now...She would be so proud!" Saki said. This was really happening. He was on a ship, he was about to go to other worlds, he was about to show his skills as a Keyblade Wielder, he was going to meet new people.....Why wouldn't he be excited? This was awesome!

"The beginning is usually a good idea." Zion said bluntly, raising an eyebrow. "Not everything is in your sisters file."

-Artemis Thornton- (I more pictured him with either Troy Baker or, well, Kirk Thornton, but the guy I've got is cool! X3)

"Same team as me, Max. Now we can talk about...things." Artemis mused, then wondered what they'd be doing next. "Unless you prefer to inner monologue." He jested, chuckling.

-Luna "Artemis" Urbane- (And she's Mokuba. xD)

"I can almost hear some people doing inner monologues, Art." She proposed, then laughing a little.

(I got Trunks from DBZ's voice actor, can't complain :P )

"Not too keen on inner monologues, honestly" Maximilian admited to Artemis, before turning to Luna, "Don't doubt it, after what happened I think people are wondering what'l come next" he commented as he de-summoned his keyblade and looked around, inspecting his team, noticing they were two members short, but he didn't really mind that, since Zion was with them, and god knows she's more than enough to balance things out.

"From what I hear one of these seekers of light was captured?" he asked, "I had literally no action where we got ported, so I don't know whats going too much." he admitted.

"The beginning is usually a good idea." Zion said bluntly, raising an eyebrow. "Not everything is in your sisters file."

Indy nodded. "Okay, Master Zion. That works." He took a deep breath in preparation for the upcoming story. "We were both born here in Radiant Garden. Nothing really interesting happened in our lives until we found out we could wield Keyblades, and when that happened, we both attended the academy. We were still young, but skilled. She spent a lot more time messing around and getting into trouble, though... We usually stuck together, until she suddenly seemed to get a little more distant... It was really sudden, and I think that's around the same time she started to develop her hatred for darkness. I'd try to ask her what was wrong, but she'd usually just ignore me. Then... She left. I couldn't stop her... not even a battle helped. She took me down and left..." Sharing the story seemed to make him upset again, even though he told a shortened version of it. "I-is there anything else you need to know?"

Saki looked around. This ship did look pretty nice! Plenty of room, nice screen quality and....

"Aello....Look...They have Cookies!!" Saki said, with his eyes sparkling once again. He wanted to get some. He really did. but even he knew the limits of his energetic self. "I Really want to get some, but I'm afraid I'll take too much, and then I'll go crazy and....Ohhh! I just GOTTA have one! Could you get one for me Aello? Pleeeease?" Saki said, kneeling down in a pleading position with his hands together and a look of desperation.

Aello was faced with a real dilemma here. Saki with sugar was the equivalent of a natural disaster. She would find it very entertaining, and perhaps even join him, but she didn't know how the rest of the team would hold up. "Idea!" She shouted. "What if we take each take a cookie and then eat it later after we run into the bad guys!" She left unsaid that the poor villains would probably be driven up the wall far enough to reach the moon. But hey, Saki would get his sugar that way!

Raidyn and Toshi played their part in being grouped together with Indy and the rest of the members of Team One and minded their own business. They didn't have much to say on being teleported, though Raidyn did internally compare it to the feeling he felt when he ran using his super speed, while Toshi was both amazed and a little scared by it.

Saki actually thought about this. And yes, it was rare to see Saki actually think about a decision. "Hmm....Alright! But as long as you keep them with you. No matter how many times I ask or how annoying I get, don't let me have one until it's at the right time." Saki said, looking straight into Aello's
