Specifically what would be the specific event or circumstances where they would announce the English release of Unchained X for mobile devices? With TGS over and nothing new concerning that has surfaced, I feel like they would be playing pretty late into the game if they announced a release date at D23 Japan. Not only that, but there are practically no other big English focused gaming events scheduled this year where they would make such an announcement, unless they planned to do a international release and announce a date at a different foreign gaming event. By logic of the whole one game a year rule, you'd expect that they would still release it before the end of this year, and I hope they still do, but at this point the wait and timing is getting just a bit too close and tight for my liking. It almost feels like they won't get around to it until early next year or maybe even later. If they were to announce a date at any point this year though, where and when do you think they would likely announce the release date? The suspense is killing me. T.T"

anyway guys . Nomura did not say anything because the 3 ? ux after that day did the first month in Japan ... Then there would be the fact to announce the date for the rest of the world . But what we have to wait ? bah ...

I have a feeling if we look at the translation teams previous endeavors it might take a little bit. My guess anywhere from December this year to Feb. or March of next year. Also with Kingdom Hearts 2.8 if everything goes smoothly I bet the Japanese and the english release will be revealed later in the year. (around Sept. or Oct. 2016)

Not until the KH3 event, Jump Festa, or even later. It might be when they feel like it's the right time and that could be who knows when.

but certainly we talk , however, a game for mobile , even if it is part of the storyline is always para still a mobile game ... And let's face it now lacks only the translation, and I do not think that will make us wait until December or until addirittuta 2016 play . Then we remember that a few weeks ago was released the news that said that in France and in North America will arrive shortly ... and December 2016 and in my opinion is not short but very long

We could always hope they do what Bethesda did with their mobile game. I.e. Square may announce at D23 (on November 3rd) that following their conference the app will be avalible for English audiences that day/night.

it is true they could do as fallout shelter ( the mobile game bethesda ) ux and release immediately after the conference of the d23 ... But I wait I really broke the boxes ... sorry I did not understand what you said ... but if you speak output kh3 I think that will come out in 2017, however, if we talk about ux I think that will come out in a month or two maximum

Localization for the game most likely might've been finished for awhile and there just waiting to see how well servers for the Japanesse version will hold up be for releasing it internationally.

I hope it's like this, at least the game ( UX ) would come out in November.

It's definitely archaic thinking from minds of Japanese companies and it's that mindset that fills the entire japanese industry, but Square has been making some strides in this regard. However in terms of KH yeah, international market (despite being the biggest) is continuely treated like garbage in favor of the Japan market

Seeing how a majority of their characters are from a American company, I feel like the USA is entitled to a simultaneous release with Japan, if nothing else a short wait while they test it out first. Nothing by Disney should be released in Asia before america. That's just my feelings on the matter.

If the English release does come, would the people who played the Japanese version be able to transfer their data to the English version?

I'm not sure. I would imagine that it would be treated as a different server though, so you would probably be able to play alongside English users, but I'm not sure if you could transfer your Japanese account into your English one. I'm thinking the most likely answer would be no though.
