Tell me about it. Instead we get Beast's Castle for KH Chi as a returning world with no definite answer of whether it will be in KH Unchained X (or KH3 for that matter). Square Enix aren't called Troll Enix for nothing.

Wonderland might be in KH3 they showed Pegasus and that seems to be confirmed.

Or the worlds are just known in Kingdom Hearts.

First off, OC ways the first confirmed world. It was confirmed even before the chariot showed up. Second, the chariot is a Keyblade Trasformation, not an Attraction Flow like Shooting Ride or Spinning Cups. Two entirely different systems.I'm just saying, don't get your hopes up yet. Now if we had seen a Keyblade based on Toy Story, that would be entirely different and an almost certain confirmation because Keychains are mostly earned by completing worlds. We have no idea how Attraction Flows are aquired, it might have nothing to do with what worlds we visit.Toy Story is certainly possible, but it is in now way guaranteed.

Yeah that's like saying that there is a ride that you collect from each world, so if Frozen was a world then what ride relating to frozen? There isn't a ride yet about Frozen so that wouldn't work

2017. II.8 and FFXV come out in 2016; they're occupied then and wouldn't want to risk cannibalizing sales.

OC has been seen since the first gameplay trailer.Have people forgotten what "confirmed" actually means? "Confirmed" is an absolute. If there is any possibility of doubt, then it's not confirmed. Until we actually see Toy Story or a Keychain based on it, it remains unconfirmed. Even a character wouldn't be confirmation because they could just be a Summon, as was almost the case with KH2FM.Shooting Ride does not confirm Toy Story, it hints at it, they're not the same thing. It could just be a reference thrown in there for fun.

I must admit I thought TOYSTORY would be announced as a world, Maybe Square will announce a new world nearer to Christmas!

It was a surprise that no new world was confirmed, but part of me is thinking they Intended to announce Big Hero 6 originally at this, but decided to announce it in Anaheim which would explain that D23 not being too big, that said we know: OC, TT, KOC, Big Hero 6 and one would presume LOD due to the chess scene, so we already know 5 worlds. Like has been mentioned, Toy Story has been alluded to, but not confirmed. Otherwise we could connect random worlds to attraction flow when we have no real evidence.

Some would say Star Wars is the best time to do just that.

To be honest I am a little disappointed by that too. But on the other hand we did get a decent amount of information.

Good, keep the rest of the worlds quiet so people can find out what they are just by playing the game like we did in the old days.

And with Hooks Ship as an attraction flow, we can presume that Neverland is returning with that logic... yeah, attraction flows are not associated with worlds.

 

I suppose providing fleshed cut-scenes for Kingdom Hearts 3 was the meat of this reveal as opposed to revealing a new world.
