Hajime Tabata already said no to a HD remaster of Crisis Core. Dirge of Cerberus was poorly received so good luck getting a HD remaster in the vein of X/X-2 HD.

Crisis Core? Nope, licensing issues I hear. Dirge of Cerberus? Square Enix's care for PS2 Classics low.

Whoa, 9 years?  It's amazing to see how fast time flies by!  I wonder if Dirge Of Cerberus will get a port for PS4 at some point via Playstation Network?
