Assuming every games I buy are 60$ and indie games are 20$,so far I'll spend 200$ on new releases alone for Zelda U,Twilight Princess HD,Star Fox Zero and Mighty no 9.

If Persona 5 makes it's way to europe this year, I'll buy it, but otherwise I'm not planning to purchase any games... I'll probably fail, but that's the plan. :D Gotta save money...

The only game I have a desire to get new is KH2.8 if it comes out. Besides that I'm getting the Mega Man 3DS collection for the gold Amiibo, really besides that I can wait to get a used version of any game. I'm still completing my PS2 and Gamecube collection anyways. So about 100$ on new games and however much I find that worth spending on used games, thats a TBD

It's funny you post this now, because I just started my Financial Literacy course in high school.

Unfortunately, I have nowhere near $600 to spend so I'm gonna need to get a job this year and save up.

It is a really ridiculous number for me, mostly because this year is filled to the brim with games for me (it has the chance to be my biggest year of gaming yet). This is not even taking into account that I plan on being an early PlayStation VR and Nintendo NX adopter. This summer I am working the max hours at my job and probably taking up a second job so I can keep up with all these games. I am super excited for 2016, but it will definitely drain my pockets.

Well, let's see...

Ratchet & Clank, Mass Effect: Andromeda and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 are day one purchases and I'm assuming they're about 50-60 each, so...at minimum, I'll be spending 180 bucks. Though I'll probably rack that up with whim purchases, so, idk

not much, if i can help it. there's a couple games i'm definitely planning on picking up ASAP like Gravity Rush 2 and Persona 5. anything else i can wait on until i have money saved up specifically for that purchase.

Including buying a PS4 just to get to the new games, I'd say...

499.99 (approx.)+ $60 (FFXV)+ $60 (Zelda U)+ $50-60 (If there is a new Pokemon game)+ $50 (Mario and Luigi Paper Jam)...

It adds up to a lot right now. Let's just say a lot. xD

Help me...

Rock on!

Fire Emblem Fates (Special Edition) - $80

Bravely Second (hopefully special edition) - $40-70

Persona 5 (assuming it comes out this year) - $60

So $180-210, ideally. I'm also thinking of trying out the Odin Sphere remake, which would probably add anywhere from $40-60. If we get SMTxFE this year, add another $60.

So, in total, up to a potential $330 in planned purchases. I'm willing to bet there will be some new announcements that pull me in, and possible some purchases for older games as well.

Luckily, I'll have a real job this summer on top of the grass mowing that I started last year, so I'll be good on funds.

I don't think that is other people's business.

Hm... well I plan on buying Paper Jam tomorrow, so that will probably be around $50 including tax.  Then, I would like to get Final Fantasy Explorers and Dragon Quest VII 3DS when those come out, and they will also probably be around $50 with tax.  So, about $150 total, since there aren't really any other games that look interesting (well there are some for the PS4, but I don't have one so...)

However, I can wait until my birthday or Christmas for FF Explorers and DQVII, so for right now, only $50.
