What characteristics in previous Kingdom Hearts do you want to stay the same in KH3 or at least return in this game?

Fusions should return, but I would like them to be slightly different, not exactly the same as in KH2, maybe just as special attacks (Shtolocks maybe?) instead of an actual mode.

 

Spark, I liked it to be in DDD, Sora needed a basic light element spell.

 

Donald, jokes of him not healing Sora on time must return.

I wanna see the Command Styles from KH: Birth by Sleep returning in KH3

It was pretty nice seeing these special element or sword-based Aura Transforms (especially on Ventus)

Only Riku got it in 3D, it would be neat to see Sora doing that...

 

He is already a Power House in KH 3 with the Keyblade Transformation and Shotlocks but Y not step it up to the next level ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

 

 

Limits, the base mechanics of KH2, more platforming like back in KH1 (they'd have to really nerf flowmotion, though. I hope they do), keyblade abilities, keyblade leveling, the amazing style of boss fights from 2 final mix, something akin to the puzzle pieces or puppies, and trinities.

 

There's probably more, but that's off the top of my head.

I want more of Sora being a dork, and more bonding moments between Sora, Donald, and Goofy (Like them teasing him in Port Royal). I want the infamous Sora pout to return.

On a more serious note I'd love to be able to level your keyblade like you do in Unchained X, and I miss collecting things like stickers and trinities. There's something about getting all of those puppies that was so darn satisfying...

I second this. It'd be so much fun collecting all 626 experiments in a pod. I'd also love for Timeless River to return so there's a reason for Oswald to be in the game.

Well, for one thing, I just want the overall essence that has defined the Kingdom Hearts series so far to remain as it is in Kingdom Hearts III, ya know?  It's kinda hard to explain, but I think you all know what I'm talking about, ya know?

 

I'd also like for Gummi Ship missions to come back!  Though given that we've got Keyblade Transformations now, the Gummi Ship may no longer be necessary! :O I also want many collectibles to collect!  Kingdom Hearts II had the most collectibles to find, so I'd like something like that in Kingdom Hearts III!

 

Hmm, that's really all that I can think of at this moment!  The game looks amazing so far based on the trailers, so I'm happy with what we've seen, ya know?  I'm pretty sure there'll be lots of things that'll remind us of the older games in Kingdom Hearts III! :D

I'd like something akin to the Revenge Value system from KH2/FM, along with world battle level/damage scaling. Imo the RV system was really well done, and you can see it when you compare the bosses in 2/FM to the ones in BBS/FM and DDD (although balanced game mechanics also play into that), and to me the damage scaling system is more clever then tacking on hidden abilities to EXP Zero (while if you don't have EXP Zero on you do chip damage for days).

And as other people have said, collectible things are always fun.

Ah, okay. I was thinking more along the lines of the specific missions (like get X points or kill X enemies, and such). But yeah, if they're coming back they could/should probably revamp the whole system xP

 

For the most part, I guess. But in 2/FM I think the scaling applies no matter what level you are, which is nice, I suppose xP

I'd love to see command styles return. We have shotlocks and flowmotion so now, just bring back command styles.

Essentially I want the same control style as KH1/KH2. I'd also like the theater mode to return. Other than that not much else. I'd say what I wouldn't like to return but hey, that wasn't the question.  :tongue:
