So I've honestly enjoyed the game so far and have earned enough gems for a couple packs, but now I'm out of campaign missions.

I've gotten a couple decent medals, but nothing too great from them. Now, with all these events happening every week, how the heck am I supposed to have enough gems for these? It takes WEEKS of logging in every day to earn 3k gems and by that time, you miss the event.

I have no problem with microtransactions in a game like this, I can even deal with the log in every day to get gems, but there HAS to be a way to actually get enough gems aside from paying $15 every darned week for timed-events. Is there any way around this?

Well releasing time-exclusive events is kinda bull then. As it stands, it takes at LEAST 3-4 weeks of logging in every single day in order to achieve 3k. If they're looking for money, $15 is a little (LOT) much to pay for a mobile game. Especially on a weekly basis.

It is which is why I try not to spend my jewels to much unless I need to and if I do its only the 600 pack

What you should be doing is saving them as much as possible. As in, not jumping in at the first event that seems worth it. Look online and see if there are any upcoming Medals that you really want and save up for them, but learn to be patient. It's good to always have a spare 3k in case of a surprise.

being F2P, you can't get all you want, but you CAN manage what you have well.

Until they include those Daily Gems Quest, there's nothing we can do about this

Honestly with how little you actually obtain in-game Jewels, I don't understand why they just don't make these 3000 deals just 1500 instead, it's still a reasonably high price and it's much more achievable within a week-long period (though just barely if you're starting from broke). Cause with no new quests where you can get 150-300 every 5th story quest or so, there's almost no sure way to get more other than to pay that $15 a week, and I am TRYING to save for a con this month, so I can't invest in that anymore at least until next month. I have 3000 now, but now there's the Zootopia boards and the deals and everything else and now I don't know what to spend anything on. I don't know if I should just hoard everything and keep saving up and buffing my current medals (I mean, my storage is kind of tight right now) or invest in whatever is still available before it goes away. I mean, there's 2 weeks until the Zootopia stuff is gone, but the other stuff might be valuable too and like you said, it takes a while to save up without purchasing more jewels, so I really don't know where I stand. It's not that I'm against microtransactions like this, I just wish that they either toned down the price of the jewels or the price of the deals to make it more reasonable, as it stands now this is way too steep, it's as if they expect that I have nothing better to do or spend on than this game. xP

What's the Daily Gems Quest?

What's the Daily Gems Quest?

*Quests. Excuse my grammar. There are 3 extra quest updated daily with 3 different missions. So you can gain 90 extra jewels each day. As for now, this is only available in the japanese version.

very interesting i do agree that next update should come halfway through the month and it should include the Daily Jewel/Jem's Quest otherwise these limited edition boards are pointless unless you plan on spending money on the game

Just make sure when you're saving you actually spend it wisely. There could be a better deal around the corner.

And the Daily Quests sound awesome ^^

Nope, it's a single quest now in JPUx.

It offers 200 jewels a day.

Before the latest JPN update it used to be 3 daily jewel quests, which added up to 180-200 jewels depending on the day.

Then in theory, you shouldn't ever spend your jewels. xD

Even if the current event is good, how do you know the next isn't going to be better?

then how will we know about these deals coming up?

Well in my opinion that current event wasn't as good as the last.

I have no idea

We don't. But all we can do is complain to SE about how they f'ed up the Zootopia medals, and how they are not getting our hard earned cash if the damn medal can't even raise attack by 2 tiers.
