May 16, 20169 yr - A beautiful female main villain that uses light instead of darkness. The main villain doesn't need to be always a man and/or ugly. - A new weapon that rivals the keyblade is introduced. - Riku gets a student. - Kairi gets a better role and becomes playable. - Jungle Book replaces 100 Acre Wood as optional world. - No more Xehanort ever. - No more games with 14/15 years old Sora/Riku. Off the top of my head, this is it for now. Edited May 16, 20169 yr by Sakuraba Neku
May 16, 20169 yr To be honest this kind of thread always attracts the exact same answer to the point that it's unnecessary. It's always a female villian/ light user Sora and co get students No more of the other trios Make marvel the basis of the new saga Have FF villians more integral to the plot And the list goes on. I just personally don't understand the whole new villian has to be a light user, the theme for the past couple of games has been finding balance between light and dark and that one cannot exist without the other and that both sides aren't inherently good or evil it's the people that use them that are. And in any case eraqus has already exemplified that pure light isn't a good thing. Honestly if we were to get a female/light user villian we would literally just be doing a pure role reversal for the villian, we're going to be getting the exact same dialogue from the first saga about balance just switch out dark for light. I honestly wish that KH would end after 3 (wonder how many people I triggered saying that) there's no way Nomura going to be able to do another saga, which I assume is going to be 6+ games without scrapping the bottom of the barrel in terms of characters, tropes and storytelling,...he already used time travel.
May 16, 20169 yr - Keyblade wielders start to rise again in all worlds to protect the balance of light and darkness, but the mistrust towards the keyblade wielders grew because many people give them the fault of what happened during the great keyblade war (in KH3) - There is a group of seven women who wants to replace the seven princesses of light, simply because they want to be princesses and make the worlds a better place by protecting Kingdom Hearts... their boss is a young man who wants to reunite every world to return the land of fairy tales and be the ruler of this land - basically a good intention but he needs to "steal" the heart of every world to make it possible and in order to succeed, the protectors of these worlds (keyblade wielders) are antagonized by its inhabitants - Maleficent back at it again with her world dominance plans
May 17, 20169 yr Well, since we know that the true Kingdom Hearts will return, the saga after KH3 would probably be about a villain trying to keep the true Kingdom Hearts from returning and send all into darkness. This is a guess of course.
May 17, 20169 yr Well, there's no telling which direction the Kingdom Hearts series will go in after the Xehanort Saga concludes, but I'd love for the villain of the next saga to be a female, ya know? And there should be a significant time gap so that we see how the characters we've grown up with have grown and matured, ya know? By the time the new saga begins, it could be possible that the worlds have more Keyblade Wielders protecting them, ya know? I'd also love for the next saga to dig deeper into the mysteries of the Keyblade, ya know? That'd be pretty cool! Another great idea for the next saga which I'd absolutely love is HMK's suggestion of the Keyblade Hunters! Basically, these people search for Keyblade Wielders and dispatch them, ensuring that another disaster such as Xehanort's attempts at the Keyblade War never happen again, ya know? They'd be kind of an unpredictable group, whose intentions are good, but go about doing their deeds in questionable ways, ya know? And like Neku suggested, it'd be pretty cool if a new weapon that rivals the Keyblade could be brought into the next saga!

Off the top of my head, this is it for now. 1. What should be the name of this antagonist? 2. What's your idea of a "rivalling weapon"? 3. Who could this student be? I wonder how many of these topics are going to be made before KH3 comes out... It's just I didn't see any similar topics going on in KH13, so I made my own. May 18, 20169 yr Who could lead such hunters? Well, I'm guessing that a person or group of persons leading these Keyblade Hunters would have to be people with an extensive knowledge of the Keyblade's destructive capabilities, ya know? In a sense, the people would try to do good by making sure the Keyblade does not materialize in the worlds anymore, therefore avoiding the chance of people using the Keyblade for dark deeds, ya know? Whoever would lead this group would be wise, but maybe sometimes reckless, and also despise Keyblade Wielders, regardless if they are good or bad, ya know?

May 18, 20169 yr I'd like to see a more well rounded saga. You can see Nomura has more or less made everything up as he's gone along since Chain of Memories. Now that he has said there will be another saga maybe he can plan his story out much better this time. While I'll always respect that Sora will be the main character and that is honestly fine by me, I'd like to see others get maybe a game or two to shine. It's hard to say who I'd like to see as we don't know the outcome of KH3 yet, but I'd love a full game where you play as soley Aqua. 0.2 is a good start, but I'd easily drop money for her own game. Mickey Mouse would even get my vote for a game of his own (or at least a playable segment in a different game). I'm not too fussed on what worlds show up to be honest. I'm certain that Toy Story will be added in KH3, but I as long as Marvel and Star Wars don't show up then I'll be happy. As for characters, I'd love Oswald to show up. Preferably in a role that isn't a shoehorned cameo. For now though, I haven't really thought much about what the next KH saga could bring. Heck, I haven't even really thought much about KH3. Just taking the news as it comes

May 22, 20169 yr Since Xigbar and Saix are back as Nobodies again, I'm guessing we will defeat them in KH3 which will cause Braig and Isa to return in a future game. I'm assuming they'll be villains, but who knows, it seems like Ienzo, Dilan, Aeleus, and Even turned over a new leaf, so maybe Braig and Isa will as well.
