Mystics' interpretation of what I was saying is accurate, but honest curiosity from the humans or even Midnea (if she ever wanted to learn crocheting) is most likely rewarded with knowledge.  Midnea, however, was given a limitation:  she was to have permission for reading books of her choice, which Raiden could turn down if he deemed it not suitable or out of the ordinary for the quest to save Visco from her curse.  She was the only one with this, and given your quick understanding of stuff like this I assumed it would not be taken wrongly, for which I take responsibility.  I was not clear enough.

As for the maps, I agree with the others in that Imgur is a good site for hosting free images.  Dropbox is great as well, though I am unsure if KH13 could get images from it.  Unfortunately I have no experience with uploading images to this site, so I'm a bit too nearsighted for good advice.  =P

And overpowered characters?  Psh, they would not stand a chance against Perfect Bidoof.

Overpowered? Why Henry isn't overpoweres...unless he gets pissed enough. Then he starts no selling attacks.

Then he's the mothertrucking Juggernaut, bitch. xD

I mean thats what his newly made ALPHA Dreadnought is all about. Provide moderate defense without impacting his mobility, and give him more power offensively than original Dreadnought.

:}

Since this is practicaly the second arc of this RP. (Third Arc is most likely post war/stuff).  I plan on yet another Armor mode for Henry.

If he lasts that long. Haha.

You underestimate the power of Henry. :P

Or how persistent I am in making my characters survive.

You underestimate the power of Henry. :P

Well, Henry is against beings far more powerful than he is in this story, at least for now, who knows what will happen in the future.

Guess we're just gonna have to see for whom the knell tolls

Seriously though, Henry is a enpowered human with a fey's soul inside of him. And by this point his Soul and Ariana's have pretty much merged.

And I do love being the underdog. Henry was by far the WEAKEST member of the alliance in his Original Rp. Didn't stop him from taking a meteor to the face (someone had to hold it back to stop it from falling and destroying the continent).

And him holding back the demon lord while the protagonist of the RP would get his head out of his ass and finish the demon lord. (Note, since Henry was fully darkness based back then, whereas he is more Earth, fire and dark now, he was the best candidate for the lord to posess. And well, that, thankfully didn't happen).

He also had to travel through the realm of light in order to save his friends, note that the realm of light would literaly burn anyone with dark magic upon entrance. But Henry had to save them. And not just any burn, physical and spiritual burning.

Oh man I have so many stories I could make quite a long history post.

That's true. I wonder if Henry can actually reach his full potential. Like you said, he is a human whose soul has been merged with a fey, and yet his body will remain human no matter what.

Is the vessel going to be able to contain and endure power beyond its normal or augmented limitations? That's what I'm waiting to find out.

I honestly feel like he's going to try something too powerful and he'll die.

Well, you're right and wrong.

Henry's body is in the state of mutating, you may have noticed the tidbits I had him show off new things and develop his 'power'. So not exactly a full 'human', well. Everyth isn't fully human anymore either, the infusions of fey magic does things to the body. And Henry's body didn't take it very well.

He might not turn into a Fey. But he isn't 'just' human anymore, if you catch my drift. Any normal human would have entered a shock with the pain Henry felt as his bones changed themselves into the substance you see in the dreadnought.

I should have rephrased that. I meant that the access to Raiden's library was on the premise of a cure for Visco, and that specific part of the conversation revolved around that. I didn't literally mean that the entire conversation didn't involve their stay in the Overworld, because that was indeed the main premise. . . .

Huh? Look, I already know that Alderon & Midnea were meant to read books to find a cure for Visco & that Raiden limited Midnea to reading only books he sees fit for her to read through while they searched for a cure, I understood this. Vaude, you then asked me why Raiden would allow Midnea to read other books not relating to finding a cure for Visco, correct? I then answered it by telling you it's because of wanting to learn about the Overworld. Knowing of Raiden's general hospitality towards the human group he would've allowed the human group (which includes Midnea) to read books from his library for knowledge on his world should they wish to read up about it or even just to give joy to those that like to read (with however the possibility that Raiden could also give limitations to them just like he did with Midnea).

If your wondering why Midnea is now reading those other books it's because of what happened within the timeskip. It's said in Midnea's most recent post that the search for a cure for Visco was cut short, meaning the search was stopped because of unseen timeskip event(s) in which now King Alderon doesn't have the free time to search for a cure, since now he must put all this efforts into preparing his troops for this war instead. Same goes for Raiden & his army preps keeping him busy thus he can't be able to look & approve every book Midnea wants to read, so I made it that within the timeskip Midnea wanted to read some books in her free time & Raiden ordered the library's assistant to only allow Midnea to have access to read certain sections of his library that Raiden was okay with her reading through that could allow both the learning knowledge on the Overworld (as a sign of good hospitality & for during her free time) & magic books for possible cure findings for Visco (should Midnea wish to continue looking without her king). I tried to make this on what I thought Raiden would want based on both Raiden's good hospitality & strictness with her, so that's how Midnea has come to be where she is & what she's doing right now, okay? hope this explanation solves your question better man. :)

I also got a little question I wanna know. Scrap, Vaude or Mystic, can you guys tell me if Alderon is aware of Henry fighting on his side? or is Henry being kept out of sight & away from Alderon & Midnea to be later sent to fight for them in another area of the war?

I'm not certain that you fully understand.  The search for Visco's cure was not called off due to the war, and Midnea was tasked with the assistance of curing Visco's curse.  She can still learn of events and stuff from her comrades, but she is restricted to the cure, not branching off into governance and war.  You are making assumptions and false interpretations or flat-out making stuff up that suits your purpose without asking.  If you do not know what occurred in a timeskip, don't assume, and don't take over characters, timeskip or not (à la Raiden and his giving Midnea practically free reign of his library).  Find out from the other roleplayers, elsewise have your characters do things that you knew they would do.

To answer your question, I am not sure if Alderon would be aware of Henry or not.  Raiden would like to have Henry as a separate agent if he ever learned of their history (I'll leave that up to you, Scrap), though in the case of war even enemies can be allies and they might wave at each other and assist each other on the battlefield.  Mystics, Scrap, any thoughts on the matter?

We should name each Arc! We'll call the first Arc 'Discovery of worlds' or 'Over & Below' or something like that anyways haha xD

Yeah . . . saying what Raiden did during the timeskip should really be approved by the player before being enacted.  I should've caught that in your post sooner and said something, though I missed it, to which I apologize.  All actions of a character are up to the the player controlling them, and stating what they said or did at any point is technically god-modding.  Maybe for ideas like these you could shoot the player a PM and ask if it's okay if their character said/did a certain thing during the missed time, et cetera.

Also, Alderon hasn't stopped searching for a cure for his daughter.  True, his time is more limited, but he still does search in his spare time, and is seeking the names of the most powerful fey to ask them if they have any ideas.

I've also been wondering whether Alderon knows that Henry is on their side now. :P  I was assuming so, but I'm not fully certain.  I'm sure that they're not going to be getting along regardless. xD  It may also be really hard for Alderon to *not* know, I'm thinking.

Well, its up to you. In my headcannon Henry made himself known, but didn't exactly disclose his name to Alderon and Midnea, he did meet them, but with a hood on his head, so unless they saw through the hood, they probably didn't see his face so they didn't recognize him.

Feel Free to have Alderon to know Henry is working alongside him for now. it would allow for good interactions should they meet as allies, they could talk some things through. I guess.

I know that feeling...And its horrible.

I wasn't meaning that the search for the cure was abandoned indefinitely, but was stopped temporarily because of the unseen timeskip event(s), most likely the declaration of the war being the cause to which I believe would've forced Alderon having to put more effort into the preps for the war thus making him not have the kinda free time to search through the massive collection of books within Raiden's library, this just seems to fit nicely but I guess I should have waited for Alderon's timeskip post first before posting Midnea's as to know exactly what happened in regards to their search, should Mystic have included that info in his post. Also I honestly didn't see the harm in having the Library's assistant ordered by Raiden in order to create Midnea's post since it wasn't greatly effecting Raiden or anyone else & was only used to create Midnea's post :P I mean, wouldn't it be just like having in a post of mine Alderon ordered some knights to help Visco with her training or studying or guarding her? :P something like this doesn't come to me as needing permission, or am I missing something with this? :P But anyways, hmm... well, did ya want me to just erase Midnea's timeskip post & wait for Alderon's in order to fix both her book reading & correct the understanding of the cure searching then, Vaude? Mystic?

Also, you guys are just juggling my question back & forth to each other! haha xD Okay guys I wanna say something regarding this too. You see if Henry is known by Alderon then Midnea will also surely be aware of him as well. Also if Henry did as Scrap said being making his presence known to Alderon & Midnea face to face then I'm afraid even a disguise won't help stop Midnea from knowing who he is :P But what I'm getting at here with me question is that if Midnea knows of Henry she'll most likely have already put together a plan to capture him, dead or alive since she knows how much Alderon hates Henry for like everything his done & stuff haha xD So if Henry is known to either Alderon or Midnea I'll PM Mystic about her surprise plan for Henry & see if It can be approved in some way. However If Henry is not known to either of them then Henry won't get a stab in the back surprise haha xD But yeah, that's why I asked the question to you guys, so if i can have a more direct answer that'd be sick K guys :)

Mystic! Remember to get back to me on my recent PM I sent you cause I can't post for any other character of mine but Midnea until that PM is sorted out :P

I would appreciate if you don't.

Because If Mystics gives the green light for it I would pretty mucb be forced to go along with it. Since I am almost sure she would use the punishers and Henry wouldn't be able to take multiple of them.

Unless I tryhard the living shit out of it, in which case It wouldn't be fun to any of us.

It would be a long, hard and drawn out fight too. Which isn't a bad thing I am a sucker for endurance matches.

Attempt to capture him is cool and all but do give me a chance to escape. If its allowed.

I also think nobody would come to Henry's rescue if it happened either. Unless the siblings are feeling adventurous. So capture = Henry being out for a major part of the third arc of the Rp.

I was about to suggest that Meksis assist Henry, he respects him, even admires him after all, but then I remembered that was a chance encounter brought about by Henry and other Humans, plus Helios, being brought to Queen Shiva. Plus, Henry isn't on her side, so he's not nearby. :P Shit.

I for one would like to see Henry in the later stages of this RP, but that's just my 2 pence.

I mean unless Ariana teaches Henry some new tricks during captivity, which allows him to escape, yeah he'd be gone for quite a bit.

Or in the off chance Alderon wants to experiment some more with him, then I could have Henry mutate his powers even more. (How does Crystalized Darkness sound).

Well, the only person with the capabilities to help him would be Yevgeni, with the elf's own agenda and connections all. Still.

Henry gets arrested, Im bringing in Shadow Breaker a whole lot sooner. (The stage before WorldBreaker).

Hmm, while I think it would be interesting if Alderon were to know that he had to ally himself with Henry (because, oh, the conversation possibilities!) there is no way that he would've known that it was Henry under the hood, so unless he found out later I don't think he would know that Henry is aiding him.

Though Everyth saw him, and it's possible she'd report it to him.  Hmm . . . .

The thing is, it wasn't even stopped temporarily.  Sure Alderon doesn't have as much time on his hands as he once did, but he can do a little bit of midnight reading to try to find a cure.  This is his daughter, and thus he's extremely dedicated.  Assuming that he stopped/halted his search is a bit inaccurate of an assumption that shouldn't have been made.

When it comes to other people's characters and events you really can't make them say/do things without the players permission.  It'd be like me saying "Alderon found Midnea's diary and discovered the entire truth about her, and now isn't speaking with her" or saying "Visco led an army against Helvadoria and lost".  I have no evidence that Midnea even HAS a diary, and I have no knowledge on what Visco did during the timeskip, so I would be godmodding if I stated such as fact in the RP without your approval.  That is because I am deciding the actions of someone else's characters, which I don't have the authority to do (as a GM I have a *little* more authority, but that's different and besides the point).  Stating that Raiden gave authority to another figure is something that only Vaude would know, as he controls Raiden and it would be unfair to make Raiden do something Vaude didn't want.  In the situation with Alderon, that one is a little more generic though technically the same scenario.  I'm more lenient with Alderon and the world below, but to answer your question, technically yes: you would ask the character's player if they said a certain thing.  One exception is when making backstories and distant pasts--I can understand if you reference to something that they once said or did that wasn't previously discussed, but so long as it isn't major and plot-changing, and that one is kind of on a case-by-case situation.

Hope that makes sense and clears some things up.

As for the situation with Midnea, Alderon, and Henry: I'm confused; how could Midnea know?  I know that she can see auras and colors, but I didn't think she had the ability to know precisely who the person is.

I will respond to your PM soon.  I've been very busy lately.

I may be wrong, but I think what the Unversed has in mind is something happening during the war, and not a specific event that would deter him from this.  I also don't think that it is multiple punishers, from the knowledge I do have on the possible situation and what I am guessing.  It is still up to you, but I don't think it'd be a situation where there is a side battle of sorts.

Even still, I too would like Henry in the second to final arc of the RP, and to have him tied up may not be a good situation.  I think the three of us should discuss this situation privately, if we decide to proceed, but only if this is something that you want, Scrap. : )
