Hey everyoneAs you may have noticed, my activity on here has dwindled. This is due to me bring in a very unstable situation mentally. This may sound stupid or dramatic, but I feel like my sanity is fleeting. I can't handle anything anymore and all I want to do is rip put my hair and cut off my ears. I'll be fine, but I won't be active on here much. Please understand. I'll sometimes vote on the Daily Poll if I'm interested enough but don't expect me to respond to notifications and messages on a daily basis. I'm sorry everyone, but for the first time in my life, I need to focus on my own mental health. I'll be okay, and I'll be back.

Sorry to hear about that man, you can always talk to me if you need anything. I look forward to your return

I'm so sorry to hear that :(

Are you talking to someone about this?

It sounds awful for you to have to go through all that, Are you seeking help?

I'm very sorry to hear of this. I'd known that you weren't quite as active as you once were, but I didn't know that you were having troubles. Please know that we're all here for you, and please know that you can message me anytime. :) Please take care, Shard! I'm wishing you all the best.

I want to but I can't afford it. I don't have health care so I don't have access to the help I need, so I'm just putting g aside social media and the like for a bit. Gonna focus on trying to calm myself by not reading news or negative situarions.

I hear you.  It's very frustrating that counseling and mental help costs so much when it is so crucial for recovery sometimes.  I don't know if you're in college, but have you tried school counselors?  I've been to several and have had varying experiences with them.  The first time went terribly, but the last two I'd visited were just wonderful and so helpful.  I'd seen huge improvements upon frequent visits to them, so your school may have free counseling like this available.

Either way, please know you have friends here if you ever do need to talk to someone, even if it's just a shoulder to lean on. : )  I look forward to seeing you return in full!

I kinda know that feeling. Feel better man!

I know the feeling, Shard.  Take all the time you need.

Know the feeling as well. Just remember, you are strong and the body and mind can overcome things; it may take time, but don't give up. Do things that relaxes you and do things you've always wanted to do but couldn't find the time for and maybe pick up a hobby. I wish you the best and don't rush coming back, focus on the well-being of yourself. You'll be okay! <3

Seriously, there's a reason why people say "I'm here for you." And stuff like that. I often feel like after I've posted a message about something that's going on in my life, it's enough for me to externalise it. Like once I've written it down it exists in written words and that helps me to understand and overcome stuff. So find a good friend or free counselling sessions etc if it gets worse. Its easy when yore feeling like that to shun away everyone because "Ah they don't understand" but they do and most of them have felt or are even feeling the same way. And that helps you to feel not so alone I think. But by all means take the time you need for now :)

I came back two days ago, sooner than I thought. I felt a little better so I figured might as well. I don't think me cutting those things out of my life helped, just the time I spent Pokémon Hunting. Nothing like something to distract yourself from your problems. Even though theyre still there, just quiet xD
