Well, whaddya know, it actually exists. http://www.peopletopeople.com/OurPrograms/SAP/Pages/default.aspx o.o

So, I got this letter in the mail from the "Student to Student Ambassador System" or something like that, that says I'm one of the selected students in my area to go on a trip to Australia next summer.

The thing is, I'm not entirely sure it's legit.

Hell, I'm 90% sure it's NOT legit.

For one thing, it has mom's maiden name as my last name. And, why the hell am I getting chosen? Sure, I get good grades, but 1) I'm not that active in clubs and stuff at school, like student council (only in field hockey and softball), 2) It's not like I'm one of the super amazing popular girls that everyone loves and who usually gets picked for this sort of thing.

Though, meh, it had a seal, and was on this fancy paper, but I'm not going to get too excited until I know it's for real. :/

If it is real, enjoy Austrailia! It's one long ass flight no matter where you are in the world (unless your already in Australia lol) but there are some great things to do there. I've gone there twice myself and I enjoyed it.

I think it looks real, but you should do a little research on this thing first. It's not very hard to make something look legit.

It's real, and it's really not as exclusive as they make it seem. They sent them to like half my class in 7th grade. I went to the meeting they had for it several years ago, and it seemed interesting. I was kinda into it, but didn't go. I wasn't about to ask my parents to fork out the money for it.

It looks legit. I hope it is and if ya do go next summer hope ya have fun dem dem

Yeah, they sent them to me and majority of my class, the only catch is that it is all super expensive and they don't cover all the expenses, it is legit and real but kinda a rip off.

Before I dropped out of school they sent something sort of like that to me. So, listen to Cricket because they IS a catch. It's going to cost a ton of cash, that's why I had to turn it down.

The student to Student ambassador...

oh my god. o.o

I have gotten the mail for that 2 years in a row.

I could have met you this year, DLC xD

Have a great time Australia (Besides Germany) is one of my favourite places to go.

That'd be cool! 8D

Sounds expensive as heck, though :( That flight'll take forever, too. My parents went and complained about it. JetBlue's your best bet if you do go.

Have fun if you go to Aussie land!

I never knew that Jetblue flew to Australia... and to think that I could of had legroom on the flight...

Seriously Quantas planes have terrible legroom space. But they have a crap load of movies and tv shows though. They aren't live but there are A LOT and most of them are very interesting.

The only thing I hate about jetblue is how if you fly at night you get nothing but commercials and reruns of bad shows. So I guess there is an advantage that the TV isn't live. Still, I like to have my legs...

If you do end up going to Australia, enjoy it. Australia is a great country. We have our own sport called AFL its the best sport ever.

There are various goos sights too.

Have fun if you do end up coming over here.

Yeah I got that letter in my middle school and two high school years. But the thing is, I don't wanna to go to Europe or Australia with a bunch of strangers for school.

I remember getting that letter by mail a few years ago.

Thing is, I was failing Math & Reading. Go figure.

Its great here, you will love it.

Buts words of warning, look out for the Funnel web spiders in the pool. They pretend to act like dead drowned bugs in the pools during winter, do not go near them, damn things are poisonous.

But then again, this is Australia, everything is poisonous.

Its great here, you will love it.

We don't really have anything poisonous.
