Kingdom Hearts II manga to be continued in April

Update: It appears that the page on Amazon is actually for the German version of the manga. This suggests that the release date might just be a placeholder date, however, it also suggests that the German publisher might know something about the progress of the Japanese manga.

As many of you will know, the manga series for Kingdom Hearts II was discontinued after Volume 5, which released on August 22, 2009. However, Volume 6 of the manga has now been announced, and a page for the manga has been created on Amazon.co.jp. Volume 6 will release in April 2012. It will be available at a price of ¥677 (approximately US$8.82). We hope you look forward to this, and in the meantime, feel free to read the first 5 volumes of the manga at our gallery. Thanks to Karysonson from KH13 for the tip.

Cool ^^ ,one of the best news I heard this year :)

Well this is unexpected. But that's great. I love the KH2 manga and I was really upset that it was discontinued. I hope it gets translated soon, even if it isn't official.

The Kingdom Hearts Translation Project group will probably finish 358/2 Days and then go back to KH2.

Great. The KH2 manga was also discontinued in America - perhaps now that the rest of them are being released in Japan, those can get officially translated and brought over there, and from there, we can get the rest of the KH manga in English, like the 358/2 Days ones.

I think the company that made the official English version doesn't exist anymore.
