Addressing leaks: Kingdom Hearts III screenshots, partial world list, and other file names

In which case, you may want to adjust the "recent topics" list somehow so topics from this forum the spoiler forum won't show up there...I think KHInsider already did something similar.

They shouldn't have been leaked to begin with... it ruins the surprise and tells us what to expect in the game, who wants that? apparently a good chunk of the impatient community...

The community is everything, except impatient. It's SE's fault that they can't deliver news on a regular basis, sooner or later these things will be leaked.

So much this. Like, I get it, leaks are inevitable, but this forum could do a way better job at containing them, and that goes for UX spoilers too.

I'm not surprised at the leaks (we've been waiting a long time, people are impatient, etc) but cracking servers and flooding the community with it... not how you should go about it.

I'm not sure if we can clear the recent topics list of them, but in the mean time spoilers/leaks are not to be mentioned through avatars, statuses, and thread titles, we've done this for every other spoiler policy we've had. So even if they show up on the recent topics list, it would have a spoiler warning before you click on the actual thread itself. The mod team will be actively monitoring the site to ensure this. 

 

We don't have a spoiler policy for KHUX and don't think there's enough demand for one at the moment.

Nomura wants to give more information, but he has to clear it through both SE and Disney to give new information and Disney doesn't want to give more than they need to, of course they aren't obligated to give any information at any time, we are very fortunate to get any piece of information at any time.

Nobody cracked anything, it was just Square being careless and leaving their files on a public server.

I wont look at that list maybe it is correct and where is the fun in having no surprise?

Well, this is understandable. That way, no one gets spoiled if they don't want to regarding the leaks and whatnot. It's a smart and professional way of going about things. Good thinking, Aquaberry and all you mods!
