The official Japanese Twitter account for Kingdom Hearts Dark Road has announced that the title's planned late September update containing the offline version and the rest of the story content has been delayed. Unfortunately, the tweet does not specify an exact date or timeframe for when to expect this update and instead states that more details will be provided at a later time.
Our team's Ryuji translated the message to the following:
"We regretfully announce that the update of the Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road offline version Ver. 5.0.0, which was scheduled to be released in late September, has been postponed. Further information will be provided at a later date, so we ask players to wait for a while until then. We apologize for the inconvenience."

The patch notes for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5, as noted on Square Enix Japan's Support website, are listed below:

Fixed a problem where the sound volume would revert back to the default settings when skipping events in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. Fixed a bug in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix where if a character takes damage during a specific action in Hollow Bastion, the character would not be controlled unless if they were attacked again. Fixed a bug in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix where the volume of the sound effects would increase if a magic attack was performed multiple times in quick succession. Fixed a bug in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix where the game would crash if the controller was disconnected while playing the mini-game "Rumble Racing." The patch notes for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, as noted on Square Enix Japan Support's website, are listed below:

Thanks to our team's Ryuji for translating these patch notes.
