  1. http://www.gamnesia.com/news/a-super-smash-bros.-glitch-lets-you-control-eight-characters-with-one-contr ^ Anyone else heard of this glitch? Let's you control 8 characters with one controller. I tried it myself, and it's pretty amusing. I made 8 Kirby's do a dance routine. Unfortunate that the only way to do it is if you have 8 amiibos, though. For those interested, I'll copy paste the instructions below: ^Bolded parts were added by me for clarification.
  2. Hmm, I think they do release practice tests on the College Board website. As for "intensely as possible" I think they mean that you should try like you're actually taking the test. I think they also make books that are used to prepare for the tests, but I'm pretty sure they're somewhat expensive.
  3. Setting your sights high, good to hear! ^_^ I probably could have done better if I had attempted to study, but honestly I didn't have much motivation at the time. I also didn't have much desire to go to a super intense school (again, I probably could've gotten into one if I had the will to and applied myself more). But yeah, unfortunately I can't help. Honestly, I had no idea how I was supposed to study for the test, so I just didn't. The most that I did was program a bunch of equations into my calculator that I thought might be useful. As for that last question, I honestly don't have an answer. I've just always been good at school and tests. I took almost all of the most advanced classes that were offered to me, though. I took the PSAT as well, so I guess I had that preparation.
  4. Hmm, yeah we have tests kind of like those in the US. Each state does them differently, though, so they all have different names. I had to take a few in grade school, and more recently I had to take one in 10th grade (which is the 15-16 age range) which was almost insultingly easy.
  5. Yeah, our SAT's must be different. They're one of the two types of college entrance exams in the US, the other being the ACT. Of the two, the SAT is definitely more challenging. Most colleges will accept scores from either test, though some will exclusively ask for one or the other.
  6. Nah, I think I joined at the right time, January 2010. I was young and immature back when I joined, probably posted a lot of stupid stuff, but it allowed my internet self to mature enough by the time DC introduced the Sectional Moderator system, which is the reason I got to join the staff! Now that system is long gone, but I'm still going pretty strong, even if I don't post as much as I once did. Plus, I joined right near the beginning of my Kingdom Hearts obsession, which means I got to enjoy the site in its full glory. Now that my interest in KH has fallen to a normal level as opposed to obsession, I don't really go to the actual KH sections of the forum at all, since I already know whats going on and prefer to just wait and see what occurs.
  7. Hmm... What do you consider high? I believe I got like 1800 something, but I don't even know if the scoring is the same now. I did substantially better on the ACT, with a 30 on my first try and a 32 on my second, if that might sound better (max is 36, if you didn't know)? The two tests are very different, but I remember them both pretty well. I'd be happy to hear your question, but I'm not sure that I could help. I didn't study for the SAT at all (nor the ACT, for that matter), so I have no tips on that front. And my writing scores weren't great on the SAT or the ACT (and yet I got great scores on my AP English tests because they actually give you a reasonable amount of time to write).
  8. GameStop had the Smash GameCube Controller marked incorrectly, instead having the sticker for the Adapter which is $10 less... Guess who got a GameCube controller for $10 off?
  9. Happy Birthday Shana! Hope you had a great day.
  10. Merry Christmas KH13! And if you don't celebrate Christmas, I hope you have a great day anyway! ^_^
  11. I always thought nobodies were pretty cool. But I also like the colorfulness of the Dream Eaters. I guess if it was right down to it, Nobodies, but I vote for both.
  12. Well, you're almost correct. Symphonia is actually the prequel to Phantasia, story wise.
  13. I'm really conflicted about this story, to be honest. On one hand, I am very much the kind of person who DESPISES being spoiled, especially about something I'm excited about. Thus, this side of me is very much saying that the moron had it coming. On the other hand, beating up a dude for five straight minutes and putting him in emergency care just for spoiling a movie is straight up uncalled for. The punishment just doesn't fit the crime, no matter how many people he disappointed. I suppose I'll just echo what others are saying: the scumbag deserved some repercussions for being a jerk and basically being a real life internet troll, but he definitely didn't deserve being sent to the hospital or getting beaten by three guys for five minutes. I don't think the dudes who beat the guy up deserved to be arrested as there was some justification, but the extent that they took it to definitely deserved some fines and maybe community service or something.
  14. I need Steins;Gate 0. I've heard that its even better than the first. o_o All my hype, and its still probably years away from an English release. T_T
  15. Just learned that my aunt's dog was stolen... WHAT KIND OF PIECE OF ABSOLUTE S--- STEALS SOMEONE'S PET? I'd kill someone who did that. Not even exaggeratting, I'd really try to kill that person. Absolute piece of human trash.
  16. Persona 5 Fire Emblem Fates Bravely Second Tales of Berseria (if localized in 2016) Pokken Tournament (if localized in 2016) Yeah, pretty much that. KH2.8 would be on the list if I had a way to play it, but I do not.
  17. I don't know the numbers off the top of my head, but I do know that my blood pressure is slightly higher than it should be. Pretty much a result of family history of higher blood pressure (and some other related issues) and my life style.
  18. lol I made a Pikachu themed Mario Maker course months ago and some kid just left a comment that he reported it for copyright violation. Kid doesn't even know what he's talking about.
  19. My interest in FFXV has waned since they changed from PS3 to PS4, and the game play doesn't sound as interesting as I thought it would be when I first heard about it. Persona 5, on the other hand, would probably have to kill people that play it to prevent me from getting it day one. EDIT: Also, I'm not that interested in FF in general. The only real reason FFXV caught my interest at all was because the battle system looked like it was going to be like KH.
  20. Yooooo! We share the same birthday (3 years apart, tho)! Happy Birthday!
  21. I think that might just be a glitch with the website. That happens to me occasionally too, but if I reload it will normally start to work. I honestly don't know if its even possible to block comments on status updates...
  22. I really like turn based battle systems like Persona, Pokemon, and Bravely Default. I've always found them to be fun. Sure they can get boring if I play a bunch of long turn-based games back to back, but I just mix it up with something different. I must admit, though, I've never found any ATB battle system to be fun. I've tried Xenoblade, FF12, & FF13, and got bored. Pretty much anything with an auto-attack mechanic just turns me off. Either give me pure turn based or pure action, this weird in between combat isn't for me... That's not to say that I think ATB is objectively terrible, it just isn't for me.
