I love smash bros but I'm just soooooo bad at it.
I got to eat dinner right now, but if you're still up for it later I'd love to try. My internet can be spotty though, so it might lag.

I love smash bros but I'm just soooooo bad at it.
Robin, though I also play with Bowser, Lucina, and sometimes Lucario and Villager. Robin's about the only one I'm decent with. I can normally handle computer players, but I probably beat my brother one in every twenty fights.

KH3 really needs more NPCs and sidequests
I never really noticed the lack of life in KH's worlds until I played DDD. Each world was just so devoid of any signs of actual inhabitants that they all just felt, soulless. I loved the gameplay of DDD, but I hardly touch it anymore because it just feels so empty. And then I played BbS. Yes, lets go to the ball! Hey look, there's only five people here in this giant room! But we're sure going to pretend this is a big huge event! I just couldn't take it. I don't care if every NPC they add is completely pointless and has bland dialogue, just put them there. Put the effort in, take the time to make those pointless NPCs, do the work to make NPCs that suit the style of each world. It will add so much life to the worlds by virtue of making them look like more than empty towns and fields. I'm cool either way with side quests. I've had tons of fun with each KH game without any sidequests, but I wouldn't be opposed to having them.

Blizzard Bag heartless!
OMG those were the worst! My math teacher would give us huge packets about topics we had never covered and expect us to do them (they took around 2 hours to complete). Luckily he only graded them for completion (and made sure it at least looked like you tried), because I'm pretty sure I got a lot of questions wrong (I'm not even bad at math, I'm just bad at teaching new math to myself). Luckily I had a couple teachers that hated these assignments too, so they just took regular assignments that we did and turned them in as Blizzard Bag grades to the school. I'm graduated now, but I still hope that those assignments are done away with. X_X Annnnnnnyyyyyway, I really like the design you made. I've never played Chi, so I haven't seen the original heartless this one is based on, but it looks good. I especially appreciate how colorful it is.

What Was Your First JRPG?
Pokemon FireRed! Pokemon games in general were probably the first 10 RPGs (not just JRPG, any RPG) I played.

Does the 3D screen in KHDDD bother anybody else?
It didn't bother me, I played through the whole game in 3D. I haven't really had problems playing any 3DS game in 3D.

What's it like to be a MODERATOR? (Moderators only)
Like Wakeless and Weedanort, I joined the team when Sectional Moderators were a thing. (I was also one of the people who supported that change back then, but I guess it didn't work out too well. ) I was one of the first few Sectional Moderators that was hired, and I was in charge of the Media section with another user named dusk (he's not here anymore, unless he came back and changed his username and I just don't know about it). Media was a real mess back then; tons of repeat threads had to be merged together, so many bad titles that didn't tell what the thread was about, people posted random pictures and videos that should've gone in the Random section, and the thread tags (TV, Film, Anime/Manga, etc.) were a new thing around that time, so I was adding tags to threads all the time. Thankfully it's much better now. I do still have to merge threads and add tags quite a bit, but not nearly as often, and most of the time thread titles are okay. I think I'm not quite as active as other moderators (hence why I'm not as well known as say Weedanort or Flaming Lea), but so far Shana hasn't told me there's any issues with my performance so I think I'm good! Most of my time is spent in the Media section still, but I also respond to reports, slay spam bots, and just generally keep a look out when I browsing other sections. Overall, I like being a moderator. I get to help improve a community that I love and I get to work with some awesome people. I do have some problems when I send PMs to people, though. Most of what I send are just informative about something I did to your content (I merged/removed your thread/post) and an explanation why. I'm rarely the one coming down on people when they're in trouble. Yet a lot of responses I get are apologies and "it won't happen again!" responses, when most of the time you're not in trouble when I'm contacting you. There are times where I get frustrated, sure; sometimes people might hate each other and start arguing, so we have to try to make them stop, or someone will intentionally try to screw with the moderators, or sometimes people get mad at us for just doing our job. It's all to be expected as part of the job, but it can get exasperating. Luckily, though, the community here is pretty great, so problems like these aren't too common.

Who else is in or plans to get in on the "Tales Of" series?
I got into Tales in 2012 with Tales of the Abyss 3DS! It was the RPG I never knew I really wanted; I fell in love with the battle system, and the characters, and the storyline. Abyss became my hands down favorite game (and the only game that's even come close has been Persona 4). So I did two play throughs of Abyss back to back, then bought Vesperia. Vesperia has a suuuper slow start (like, the first 7-8 hours are a terrible slog), so I took a break from playing. Came back a month or two later, then did two back to back play throughs of that. And now I've played Abyss, Vesperia, Symphonia, Symphonia 2, Xillia, Xillia 2, Graces f, and Hearts R. Plus I own Legendia, but it's generally one of the least liked in the series, and I need a break every time I finish a Tales game (and I just finished Hearts). I've also got the PS3 Symphonia remakes, but seeing as they were the two I liked least (not that they're bad, they're just my least favorites) I've not found the motivation to play through them again.

"Tales of" Series Discussion Thread
I was sorely missing a dub when I played the game. Especially since some of the characters had really obnoxious voices (Corundum was the worst, and Beryl had her moments). I don't really know how likely it would be to get a dub, though, since they didn't do it with Abyss, and didn't ever bother to even release a subbed version of Symphonia.

"Tales of" Series Discussion Thread
I already bought the original, but I would so buy a blu-ray rerelease with an English dub. As for a Tales anime... hmm. Abyss and Symphonia already had one and Vesperia got a movie so they're out. I guess it's between Xillia1/2, Graces, or Hearts out of the ones I've played. The one I'd like to see most is Xillia 2, but it'd be weird to do that without one for Xillia 1. I think I'll go for Hearts, but Xillia wouldn't be bad.

Congratulations Toominator for becoming the first News Team Leader
Congrats Toominator! I don't know you that well, but it sounds like you'll do great.

I'm trying to pick between two games Tales of Graces f or Tales of Xillia. I don't have much expe...
If you're new to the Tales series, Xillia is probably the better game to start off with. It has the more traditional combat (Graces is different from most other games in the series), and the story will leave a better first impression than Graces.

Why did you choose your USERNAME?
Ummm... Well at the time I signed up for this site I was losing favor for the username I normally use (Master Champ, which I've completely grown out of now, it was the name of my Club Penguin account like 10 years ago). So I wanted a different name. I liked dragons, and I liked the title of master, and at the time I played an online game (DragonFable, if you've ever heard of it) which had a character who was a dragon master. So my original name was dragonmaster, and I later had the D and M capitalized around when the name change thread was made.

RIP Ludger avy
He served well; putting in many weeks of active service. It was time to give him an honorable discharge. *salutes*

What is your favorite command board in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep?
Really didn't like the command boards, so Land of Departure wins be being the easiest one.
-
Your Avatar?
And of course, a week later I change it and my comment is wrong. My avatar now is Peridot from Tales of Hearts R (which I just beat yesterday). She was a side character, but I ended up really liking her.

What is your favorite game genre?
RPG is my favorite genre, no doubt.

Two problems regarding my Windows taskbar and how numbers are desplayed. Help?
Well then, yeah that's just strange. Maybe it was just a weird, out of nowhere glitch or something? If it was some sort of file infection, and neither of us could find any solutions, that's the only explanation I can think of.

Two problems regarding my Windows taskbar and how numbers are desplayed. Help?
Glad to see your issue is fixed, even if it still doesn't make any sense as to why it happened in the first place. If it was an infected file, I guess you're pretty fortunate that it only ended up causing these weird issues and not doing something worse. X_X

Two problems regarding my Windows taskbar and how numbers are desplayed. Help?
Well, I just messed around for about ten minutes on my computer to see if I could replicate the problem, I can't... The ghost icons are really strange, I can't find any options that would allow something like that to happen. I'll do some searching of my own, though I probably won't find anything you didn't. EDIT: Yeah, I couldn't find anything. Heck, I couldn't even find someone with the same issue... Sorry, I tried. As for the numbers, I can't really tell what the problem even is. I mean, the date and time format is different from mine, but the name of your recycle bin implies to me that you don't live in the US and most other countries do use the format in the picture. Actually, I do notice that, getting close in, there's certainly something odd. It almost looks like the transparency of the taskbar and your wallpaper are causing it. Like, right at that point on the picture there's some white spots (which seems possible considering there's spots of whiteness dispersed throughout). Maybe try changing the picture you have as your wallpaper and seeing if the problem persists? If it does, then I again have no idea what's going on. (btw, really cool pic you have for your wallpaper)

College life
Well then I guess I stand corrected.
-
College life
Pretty much, yeah. A university is typically very big (tens of thousands of students) and is usually a state school. A college can fit the same definition as university, but can also apply to much smaller schools (just a few thousand students) and privately run schools. On the contrary, I've never seen university in the name of a private school or in the name of a very small school. At least, that's in my experience.
