Plus this fight occurs before the final battle at the keyblade graveyard My guess is its an entirely new character to the series that serves as a "man behind the curtain" figure that will have substantial canonical value in the future. Its either that or they just through in a boss fight for shits n giggles

Robin Hood would be a good "100-acre-wood" esque world with more action in it. There's also the Black Cauldron and Pocahontas would be kinda cool. I can also see Treasure Planet and Wall-E working out.

If i were you guys I wouldnt take any big guesses because I highly doubt u will be right what is pretty obvious with the name and old school costumes as well as the presense of "Ansem" and Xemnas, its quite clear that this is basically going to be Kingdom Hearts a la Inception Nomura, you know how to pick your inspirations

The idea would not work at all, a KH MMO would have to scrap the awesome button mashing gameplay and just fill it with the typical MMO battle system like WoW and Guild Wars. While it would be amazing it just would not be possible

What I want is a really F**KING LONG game Yes, theyre all good suggestions but unlike KH2 i want a game that i cant beat in less than 3 days, Lost Odyssey was 4 discs, Mass Effect 2 is on 2 discs, a PS3's blu-ray disc format could fit all that on one disc. KHI Sephiroth was far harder, but to a point where it was almost unfair. In KH2 Sephiroth was still a major challenge to me, its almost impossible to do unless your in your lvl 60s and you need your drive forms leveled for high jump and glide . Overall KH1's Sephy wasn't necessarily substantially harder, KH2 just had a lot more abilities to give you leverage

Personally I'd be a sad man if KH stopped after 3, but if they made it continuous they might as well clean the slate and launch a new game with a new plot and new characters, just taking place in the same universe, Final Fantasy style. I mean there will still be heartless and nobodies and keyblades and all, just different time, different characters

The reason why this happened is because Sora linked his heart with Ven, dont ask me how, I havent played through it yet, but its been discussed on this site like 100 times. Anyways Vanitas was born from Ven's darkness and took on the form of a future Sora
