It's a well thought out theory, but what about the other? For example, as Slicer9875 said, Ansem's eyes are kind of a gold color. Also, Zexion's eyes are blue, but he's clearly a mischievous character. Plus, there's Larxene-- Full of anything but good, and has green eyes.

I love the different colors people wear in their hair; It only depends HOW you wear it. For example, there's a sophomore with natural dark hair. However, she has at least four different colors-- dark blue, dark green, dark red, and dark orange. They aren't even styled, but more plopped on top of another, like she didn't care.
