No. Hurricanes don't collect water if they sweep across a lake or an ocean. The rain comes from the moist air it has gathered during it's birth. And even if the question was "If a hurricane is formed above the Gulf of Mexico, would it rain oil?", the answer would still be 'no'. Clouds and tropical cyclones and all that don't take water straight from the area below; they condense the moistness of the air into droplets.

I just want to know what people think about this. If you dislike a language, or an aspect included in a country's culture, does this make you racist towards the people inhabiting the country? I, myself, can admit that I don't find some languages nice or some cultures appropriate. But I always thought that racism is much more than "I don't like this"; it's deep, unchanging hatred which leads to discrimination. And it's aimed at a race. Humans. People. As far as I know, I have nothing against the people who speak the language I dislike, or follow the footsteps of a culture I find less interesting. You can't like everything. For example, if you don't like a book, are you racist towards the author and the people who like it? If you don't like the taste of apples, will the ones who love them call you a racist? That sounds pretty odd, to my ears at least. I'd love to hear more opinions on this. It's been in my mind for a while now.
