  1. I think Zootopia would be alright for KH4 but I hope that it's too late for it be included in KH3. I guess it could work as a minigame world to replace 100 Acre Woods.
  2. Square Enix have (once again) announced a Surprise Bundle celebrating a holiday. For US$10/AU$9 you get 5 Steam games worth over US$80. Purchase the bundle here: NA: https://store.na.square-enix.com/product/315702/easter-surprise-box-2016-pc-download EU/AU: https://store.eu.square-enix.com/apac_au/games/pc-windows-download/Easter-Surprise-Box-2016.php Here are the previous bundles: 2013 Christmas Box * Just Cause 2 * Hitman: Blood Money * Tomb Raider * Dungeon Siege III * discount voucher 2014 Christmas Box * Thief - The Master Thief Edition * The Last Remnant * Murdered: Soul Suspect * Lara Croft: Guardian of Light * Deus Ex – The Fall * Nosgoth Founders - Warlord Pack * discount vouchers 2015 Easter Box * Life is Strange Episode 1 * Just Cause collection * Hitman Absolution Elite Edition * Deus Ex GOTY edition 2015 Christmas Box * Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris * Thief * Final Fantasy XIII * Life is Strange Episode 1 * Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn * discount vouchers Hopefully we won't get any repeats like Thief or Life is Strange, but if we do then I will post the Steam codes here. Decided to have a guess at what games will be in the bundle: Life Is Strange Complete ($20) Hitman Episode 1 ($15) Quantum Conundrum ($9) Final Fantasy XIII-2 ($20) Just Cause 3 (highly unlikely but a man can dream, $60) or Thief (for a third time, $20) Total value: $124 (or $84) The games ended up being: - Final Fantasy VIII ($12) - Final Fantasy XIII-2 ($20) - Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition ($20) - Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Director's Cut ($20) - Quantum Conundrum ($9) Total value = $81 At least I guessed two of them right lol. I guess it was too optimistic to think they would include something as new as Hitman Episode 1.
  3. I'd be willing to be one, but I'm not sure if I am reliable enough. I can become inactive for months at a time.
  4. I really liked 13-2 (favourite out of the Lightning trilogy) but I think XV is designed in a way that it won't have a cliff hanger. When Nomura was making it he was planning for direct sequels but Tabata has changed the story so it is more self contained. I still hope for a surprising and dark ending, though.
  5. Tabata's interview with Game Informer revealed that he is a sadistic person who wants to manipulate our emotions. "I want to create a very emotional ending to the game and want to make as many people cry as possible," he said. "You're spending so many hours playing the game, so when I finish a game and it ends on a sour note and it doesn't move me, it gets me disappointed. At least make me cry or give me some emotion! I want to give a moving ending for the consumers who invest so much time."Read more here http://www.gamespot.com/articles/final-fantasy-15-director-hopes-ending-makes-you-c/1100-6435473/
  6. It would be awesome to be a voice actor for Kingdom Hearts... It'd be fun to just troll fans.
  7. Awesome! Square Enix have massively discounted several of their Steam games. The highlight imo is 50% off Lightning Returns or NZ$12 (which is the cheapest the game has been on PC). Other good deals include 20% off Rise of the Tomb Raider and 33% off Dragon Quest Heroes. Life is Strange is also 40-50% off.Check out all the sales here: http://store.steampowered.com/sale/squareenix-publisher-weekend-2016
  8. I don't think we will hear anything until after the FFXV release date event which is on March 30th. Maybe there could be a Noctis tease for KH3 at the FFXV event but I doubt they will heavily advertise KH3 this month. I expect some news at e3 this year, though.
  9. If they didn't appear in KH3D, I would have been more skeptical. But they can't just show them in a recent game then forget all about them.
  10. I don't think we need remakes for any more games apart from another Gen 1 remake (Pokemon Yellow). All DS games are playable on 3DS so it's not like those games are lost...
  11. Nah, false alarm. I checked their twitter and both Nintendo of Europe and America are advertising it. Probably just your link is broken
  12. They deleted the tweet but good catch. Hopefully it's a Pokemon Z announcement or Gen 7. Here's a screenshot I found:
  13. e3. It seems like one of those where they will show a trailer then say "and you can play it... RIGHT NOW!!!"
  14. Yeah, I understand. It definitely was lazy but I got engrossed in the story and I didn't spoil myself (like you obviously did). If you're not someone who can become engrossed in a story then I get why you wouldn't enjoy Bravely Default. The foreshadowing and mystery elements in the second and subsequent playthroughs hooked me.
  15. I haven't played any Telltale games so I have no opinion on them, but I think that something like Life Is Strange is about the limits of what a "game" is to me. It's mainly about making dialogue choices but there are also puzzles to solve and gameplay mechanics like rewinding time.
  16. A great game can have next to no story (DOTA 2, Hearthstone, etc) but a great game can't have next to no gameplay imo. Walking simulators such as Gone Home shouldn't be considered a game. They have more in common with Visual Novels (which aren't games).I think the best games have a balance of both, but I think gameplay is more necessary since without it you just have a visual novel or an interactive movie.
  17. It's not "the exact same". Each chapter gave you different fights (combinations of previous bosses) and different cutscenes and there were some hidden dungeons that don't unlock automatically. Some people really hated it because they skipped the optional fights but for me they were really cool. I get not liking it, but I found it a more fun way to grind than just beating weak monsters with no story elements.
  18. Bravely Default was pretty good despite the padding. The world reset itself about 4 times but each time you fought different versions of the bosses and they became more sympathetic each time. The way it dealt with the character development of the villains was really great and made the game repeating itself more bearable.
  19. Hyped! MIstwalker studios, opened by Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi, is making a new game in collaboration with Bravely Default devs Silicon Studio. The only information we have at the moment is the concept art shown below: Read more: http://gematsu.com/2016/02/silicon-studio-mistwalker-announce-joint-development-new-title
  20. Square Enix have released a number of screen shots for their upcoming JRPG Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness as well as information regarding the game's protagonists. See all the new information at Nova Crystallis: http://www.novacrystallis.com/2016/02/new-star-ocean-5-details-and-screenshots-show-victors-subordinates-and-more/
  21. I wish you well for your future. We may not have seen eye to eye on things (esp. FFXIII related things) but I appreciate everything you have done for this site. KH13 will certainly be less interesting without you around.
